That's what I think. One of the main reasons I can see that they haven't moved forward with the relationship already is so not to ruin the friendship, and then to bring it up, only to kill it and effectively kill the friendship too makes absolutely no sense.

(Way behind with the discussion, but whatever) I love TWoP, although I haven't visited there in ages. They share a lot of my views on the show, especially when it comes to Ho and HoJr. (I forgot they called him that, I must start using it again ) They're a pretty smart bunch over there. They know what's good on the show, and what isn't. It doesn't at all surprise me that they're on board with the E/C idea.

Honestly, I don't think there's anything bad you can say about the pairing at all. It isn't going to take away from the show, it'll add. There's chemistry, they're great together. Even if you're not a fan for or against, it's hard not to admit that the situation is very interesting, and I've never seen that fact be construed as a negative thing on any TV show.

As for the thread title, I liked Caro's suggestion. Anybody with me?

So don't you all think that if they killed the ship they'd kill the friendship which would practically ruin the whole show? These two have known each other for awhile and they have the strongest relationship so far, so that would ruin a lot about the show, I would think.

I don't know if we can use spoilers in the titles. Dammit, this always happens. We start a new thread saying, "okay, you guys, we're gonna think of a title early," and then we don't.

But I like the shirts title cause yeah, it needs to happen. And maybe we should start thinking of titles for thread 22 now.

I think with Eric and Calleigh there's a risk, because their feelings aren't shallow, they run deep. So if they did break up, I don't think they could go back to being friends. It would probably hurt too much.

If Eric and Calleigh were in a relationship, I don't think that they could bear living with the fact that they broke up with each other. They'd have to run back and make it up at night. All alone. In Eric's bedroom. Behind closed doors.

Yeah E/C would definately have to make up for the fact that they broke up.....In fact I think we they would have to practice really really hard to get it right....say a whole weekend behind closed doors :lol:

Seriously, I think if they did break up....they would have a hard time going back to being just friends. It would be totally awkward for them. But I don't think it would kill the friendship....they would just have to work a little harder not to get jealous when the other dates.

I don't think the writers would finally get them together only to break them up quickly....it seems like a stupid thing to do. If they are looking for storylines there are other ways to get them! They worked so hard to build this ship up that throwing it away quickly would be a waste of their time. I could see them having E/C sleep together then being like lets be friends but in the long run they would have a hard time with it and then decide to try a relationship....although that has been done to death on other shows. so who knows what the writers are thinking.....hell, they might surprise us :lol:
