Eric and Calleigh #32 - Seven Years In The Making.

The guys who were taking pictures of the team worry me though. What is that about, and how will it impact our duo?

Huh? What guys taking pictures of the team? Where did you see this?

At the end of monday's episode after the russian guy threatened Horatio's team there were pictures of Ryan, Eric, and Calleigh taken. Most probably to let us know they were being targeted.

I wonder why Adam and Emily kept mentioning wine. Was there supposed to be wine with the truffles or was that just some random thing? Hmm, made me wonder. Also the fact that Emily said that there he was ready to tell Cal how he felt confirms that he is sure now of what he wants to do. I think that Cal's direct approach really worked on him and he will just go for it anytime now. Anytime now...7.14????

Yeah I noticed the whole wine referrence too. Athough, Adam said "there will be no wine before it's time" so who knows what the heck the "wine" referrence meant :lol:

It is possible he was supposed to in the script the bring some wine with him but they probably decided against it considering he drops the truffles off at work....it wouldn't look right. ya know

I think the reference to wine has something to do with the fact that there was "fine wine" (as Calleigh put it) on the table with the food and truffles in that first E/C scene.

I too believe that Emily's scenario about what is going on between Eric and Calleigh is a clear indication that Eric was ready to tell Calleigh how he felt at the end of the episode. The truffles being the "place to start", he clearly got that message and was going to give them to her and tell her what she wanted to hear. Darn that horse trainer! I loved that whole scenario that Emily gave... he's got the wine and the truffles, he's going to take her somewhere, she's told him if you want me you have to tell me so he's gonna tell her and she's off on a date with a dude on a horse. Emily's so funny! Although, I would say that Calleigh was on a date with the horse, because clearly the horse got most of her attention!

That definently makes sense because I was not remembering seeing any wine. Its going to be the longest 2 weeks :scream: til we may see one of the most important episodes for Calleigh and Eric the wait is goanna kill me slowly.

So, when Eric and Calleigh get together, and outside of work maintain their relationship, pictures of them will be taken... perhaps in compromising positions, and I don't necessarily mean sex. They could be kissing somewhere, hugging intimately (not as friends), holding hands, etc... and all of this will be caught on film. Sometime toward the end of the season I bet these pictures come out, to Horatio & others... like Stetler... and thus their relationship is found out. Makes for some good storylines for May sweeps and a good cliffhanger if Calleigh and Eric are found out, and Stetler makes one of them leave.

Jennifer, I was thinking the same thing too. Blackmail is not a pretty thing and I am sure that someone will do something to make sure that those pictures get seen by a lot of people.

Kind of what was I thinking... I hope that Calleigh and Eric get together soon, well, at least it happens. If someone does find them out, it would get figured out, or they'd have a lot of people who didn't like the fact that they stopped it. But I'm way ahead of myself. Maybe they should get togehter first. :lol:

I know, that was a very cute video, Adam and Emily go together like gin and tonic when it comes to their characters, they're so adorable. I too love the manure for men comment LOL. Did anyone catch Adam wearing his glasses inbtw shoots? Hmm, you know, it appears Calleigh has expensive taste so Eric better be prepared to shell out some extra moolah when he wines and dines her! Assuming he's still paying off that scam artist, Eric's on a tight budget but he will do or get anything for his Calleigh! :adore:

Can't wait for 7.14, looking forward to see how the dialogue goes if/when they start talking about 'them'. There's no turning back now.

After Calleigh confronted Delko in "Head Case" about the way he's been alluding to his feelings for her without actually making any declarations, I expected these two might have a further conversation about the issue in this episode, or at least seem somewhat awkward around each other. Instead, when Delko asks Calleigh why she missed a group gathering the night before, she brightly tells him that she was tired and just went home. It seems the two are back to the same game they've been playing for a while, hiding behind their friendship rather than talking about their feelings for each other. At the end of the episode, when Delko leaves Calleigh a box of the truffles she told him she loves and sneaks away, it seems like more of the same evasive behavior. He does make an attempt to call her, but when she doesn't pick up, he hangs up without leaving a message. For her part, Calleigh falls back on an old pattern as well, turning to a man other than Delko to avoid dealing with her complex feelings for her co-worker. When Terrance Chase first offers Calleigh a chance to go for a ride on one of the horses at the stable, she demurs, but at the end of the episode she decides to take him up on the offer. It's hard to blame her--after all, she did give Delko a chance to spell out how he feels--but it's frustrating to see her turning to another man when she so obviously shares Delko's feelings.

While I do personally think she didn't go to the group dinner in order to avoid any chance of talking about them (maybe afterwards as the group heads home), she didn't deliberately "turn to another man" while he was seeking her out to give her the truffles. She simply took up the offer to relax and take a ride on a horse after work (altho, she's riding the wrong horse.....if that's not PG13, edit away Mods), a past time she loved doing when she was young. She would not hurt Eric on purpose. If Eric did catch her before she headed off to the track, she would totally blow off the stable guy. Eric will really tell her how he feels soon enough, let's hope!

Nice theory :thumbsup:. I think that could totally happen and if it's not what the writers have in mind they should read it and change it to this :lol:. I was actually thinking about a scene between H and Eric (to take place at the season finale) were H is telling Eric that Stetler is not backing down and that he is going to make one of them (EC) transfer because of their relationship. I thought it would be a nice moment for Eric to say "I'm in love with her H, this is not something I will just give up on. I'll start on the papers for my transfer." IDK I just thought about that during the day .

This episode sounds so good I'm getting nervous that my expectations are too high. I'm going to have to lower them a bit and convince myself it's going to be a regular, not so great episode that way when I see it I'll be surprised and delighted :lol:.

I can't wait for that episode. I really, really hope that it is all that we are expecting. I can't wait to see the look on Eric's face when something is not right with his beloved. And Alexx is coming back, I am way too excited for that.
