Episode 7x20 - Wolfe In Sheep's Clothing ***CONTAINS SPOILERS***

I so can't wait to her how Ryan will justify everything to his co-workers.

Oh I so love when you see someone having the crap beat out of him & then all you can see it's just a little cut on his lip. That's one of the reasons why I love this show :p

I can't wait to hear his explaination either. A cut on his lip...phhfft! Ron Saris purposely bangs his head on the table to stave off an investigation and his eye is all swolen and bruised. Ryan.....gets beat senseless and he has a cut lip.
I guess Ryan has magical healing powers. :p

I wonder too why all we see is a cut lip. Well, I suppose most of the pain int he torture involved yanking his tooth out. There's some ways of hurting people that don't leave too much visible scarring behind. POOR RYAN. Ahg, cannot wait for this eppy...

Well remember when Natalia had that glass table blow up on her and she had blood coming from like all over her head? And they just gave her this teeny tiny band-aid on her forehead.....

I guess the only kind of wounds that are visible are self inflicted.

Well, a split lip bleeds like hell (been there....), but I too think that the most of the blood we see is from the tooth.... I'm just still wondering about just how they can hit him over and over again, and really leave no marks... :D

I agree about the blood. As for the split lip, that could have occured when the guy hit him over and over. You can only be hit so many times before something like that happens. A relative once threw something and it hit me in the face and busted my lip and it looked like a cut, so it's possible that the cut on Ryan's lip is from that. If the guy has any kind of ring on, even under the latex gloves, the ring could still cause a cut on Ryan's face.

The blood! The blood! Not Ryan! Oh it is going to be very hard to watch. His face gets cleaned up pretty quick though according to the preview... unless they mixed it up. Prob.
and I agree with 'me.fergie' They like hit him over and over again-no mark!

I uploaded this preview on Youtube. You can see it here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P2kCpI926PY
Thank you so much for uploading this clip .

It really looks like an interesting episode, though I still find it pretty ridiculuous that neither Eric nor Calleigh look worried b/c of Ryan. You can see that Ryan is not normal even in this scene, which, IMHO, looks like a normal scene.
Oh boy!!! Ryan with blood on his mouth make me cry :(

It does look like an interesting episode. Calleigh does get suspicious of Ryan in another preview for this episode. She knows something isn't right with him.

IMO if Calleigh and Eric figure everything at once about Ryan, there would be no story. This is IMO another plot device to tell a story.

Promo is real good.I am looking forward to see Ryan storyline.

Yeah and I guess we may notice something off in him because like someone mentioned we know what is going on. But if we knew nothing his behaviour is really not that out there to make one think anything more. Maybe if they notice he's more quiet than usual one will ask if he is ok and if he gives a plausible explanation they'll probably leave it at that, that is of course until he starts mishandling evidence ;). But as far as that scene goes he doesn't look quite so different to me.

Exactly. Not everytime someone bites his lip mean that he is kidnapped by a russian mobster.Ryan is also a good CSI so he may be good covering his tracks. But to me the point is that in order for the storyline to work they need to make it this way.I don't mind becouse it entertains me

Not sure if this is the place to say this, but everything is so negative lately about the show and characters that is not even fun to read the spoiler thread.

Agreed. It wouldn't make sense if the team realizes right away something isn't right with Ryan, but that doesn't mean that it'll remain that way throughout the episode. One promo showed his teammates noticing a difference in him, specifically Calleigh who didn't believe him when he said it was just a mistake/accident.

Yeah well Calleigh and Ryan are closer than Eric and Ryan, so of course she'd be the one to notice. I just hope she gets the very subtle clues he's sending her that somethings wrong. I just don't want them to be upset with Ryan cause once they learn what he went through and about Billy, they're probably going to feel bad about getting on his case.

From the promos it appears that it's only Eric who gets on his case. Calleigh is more understanding and tries to get Ryan to say what is going on. Not surprising this happens, Eric and Ryan get along but like you said Ryan and Calleigh are closer. They are good friends.

I'm sure everyone is gonna understand. There wasn't a huge fall-out (or any fall-out, really) after Calleigh was kidnapped and forced to compromise and/or destroy evidence. I don't see why it should be any different for Ryan, though I think most of us are aware of the way the writers love to kick Ryan around (even though he totally doesn't deserve it).

So... actually... I'm not sure everyone is gonna understand. I think that'd be the right move, to have everyone rally around him, but again, considering the propensity the writers have towards keeping Ryan down, I just don't know what'll happen!
