"Doctor Who" Discussion *SPOILERS*

I just checked my DVR, and it's NFL Football from 7-10, then "Big Brother", at 10, so maybe it's a West Coast thing:(

Desertwind, I'm also on the west coast and we have Preseason NFL football. The Seahawks and the Raiders. But... it's on a different channel. So I get to watch the Hawks (probably lose) and CSI. Yea ME! ;)

The Seahawks rock, I had a friend from Seattle and don't talk when their on:lol:and my baby daughter lives in San Diego, so we don't call her when the Chargers play:klingon: I've got 'Doctor Who" on tape, and am gonna watch it now;)

I watched this episode yesterday, but I can't really remember anything that happened in it. I know that Dave had some funny lines and that Archie was in it for a couple of seconds (which was pretty much the highlight of the eppy for me  ) but apart from that nothing about the ep particularly grabbed my attention. Which isn't really good considering it was part one of a finale (then again, at least it wasn't as bad as last seasons).

Maybe it's cause I have a habit of zoning out whenever Ray's on so I missed most of the plot :p

Or it could be because it was a 'our teammate might be bad' storyline, because its always so bloody obvious that the accused is innocent!

Probably a 5/10, mainly cause it had my favourite character for about twenty seconds. :D

I caught the last half hour. I think it was good to refresh our memory as to the storyline of Dr. Jekyll.

I think the ending scene with the gang at the bar in the casino would have been better had they all been at a coffee shop/restaurant instead. Everyone looked so nervous and uptight. I know they were all worried about Dr. Jekyll and Ray, etc... but to me it would have been better in somewhere more casual. And, the fact that they were openly discussing a case in public where anyone could hear them didn't sit well with me either. But again, it's TV. :shifty:

I had it taped so did watch it The main thing that was so sensational was Ray. The range of his acting was tremendous. From being taken off the case by Ecklie and how angry and frustrated he was, to Nick telling him to back off. And he was so fidgety and nervous, and still continued on anyway. To the parking lot incident, slamming that guy over the head
with Brass and Cath intervening, telling him to chill out then to the full on rage back at his house. Ripping all the photos off the walls. He's so exceptional and so beliveable in this role, we were transfixed. My friend said "god he's chrisimatic":p And how Nick came over to comfort him. He was greatful, I think for when Ray comforted him in "Turn Turn Turn" and owed him one. Seeing his pad and how Nick was so concerned and so sensitive to hs needs. "We're a team" much to Ray's delight, that sly grin. Then Sara and Greg came by with food. The whole episode so compelling, and the ending at the bar, showing how much they were 100% behind him and then the creepy call from Nate. Thank's Carol and staff for selecting this phenomenal actor to play this enticing role on CSI..Great episode:bolian:
