I read somewhere that maybe she's there to fade Lindsay out, but I doubt it because they wouldn't bring in a det. and take out a CSI..

^ probably wishful thinking by Lindsay-haters, I wouldn't worry about it. Kelly Hu has a job as a lead on a new show on ABC. If the new girl is being brought in to replace someone, it's Maka, not Lindsay.


Anyway, back to D/L....

I can see Lindsay bungee jumping, but Danny would probably only do it to prove himself, kind of like he ate the centipede because the guy basically said he couldn't do it...

I agree cfar. I don't think he does new things unless someone thinks he can't. Lindsay tried new stuff because she wants to experience it.

Thanks, Radical, Smiliee, and Moriel...IHNC, too. I thought it would be funny to get a little 'lighthearted' stuff flowing through here...you know with all that angsty stuff...LOL!

I definitely think Danny would bungee jump with Lindsay to prove a point. But I still think he'd be grumpy about it afterwards. "See what I do for you Lindsay...." :eek: :lol:

That's on the ball Auda, he would say something just like that. And lindsay would give him the "You only did that to prove you're not a whimp look." You know, the little half smile thing she does sometimes... :p

i feel like the wirters have been teasing us, duraing half of season 2. All those moments with D/L it must mean something. I hope they start dating each other in season 3.

Hi guys *waves* do you remember me? Okay so I haven't been around this thread at all but I was trying to bribe myself into finishing the next chapter in my fic before I could post again... it didn't work. :lol: I only got though half my chapter and with work and summer and reading all the posts I couldn't stay away especially after I saw the spoiler.

I was only a tab bit worried that they decided to bring in some new girl to come between D/L but then I got to thinking why would TPTB do something as stupid as break up a ship that has a huge following? :confused:

So now I'm thinking that she could become a love interest for our dear Detective Flack not Danny. And if that becomes the case it would completely take the heat off of Lindsay/Anna which would be wonderful. Because this new girl would not only be 'The New Girl' now she'd also be stepping in on Aiden's territory (Flack). Seeing as many more people liked Aiden with Flack then Danny (I think) all Lindsay haters/Aiden lovers could change targets and being shooting practice on someone other then Lindsay. :)

I know that makes me sound like a really bad person but I'm sick of people bitching and complaining about Lindsay so here’s to hoping the new detective girl ‘tries to hard, or isn't emotional enough, or can't act, or has no chemistry with anyone else’ ...or all of the above. :lol:

Was thinking maybe the New Det. and Hawkes would be a good pairing? We need more Hawkes too. Especially since its Danny and Hawkes that are going to be working together.
