Man, is it Wednesday yet? Two weeks without NY is just...not fun...I don't know how we manage to get through the summers!

To relieve myself from the NY withdrawals I watched Live or Let Die and man I hope we get to see more phone sex conversations. The licking of Danny's lip and them leaning in to each other....

I love how Mac just rolls his eyes at the DL relationship, I don't know why it amuses me so much. He and Flack seem to be the only one to know that there is something going on between Danny and Lindsay. :shifty:

Oh, I wanna see Live and Let Die, it sounds like a fun DL ep... Danny licking his lips... *Faints* Just 2 more eps for me, then it's this one, I'm pretty excited about seeing it. As for Danny and Lindsay's relationship, I think Stella know about them too... Her and Lindsay seem to be pretty close, I don't think she'd keep something like that from her...

Oh and I agree, 2 weeks without NY is killing me... :( I need for it to be Thursday... *When I get to see it.*

Wow, I was just thinking about that episode but I didn't know the name, only what happened in it so I guess I can go watch it now.
Is it Wednesday yet...???

Edited to add: Speaking of Montana, Sleight out of Hand is on Spike today! I would love to know more about her family, about sisters, brothers etc.

Glad you guys agree that Mac is more like a father figure to her, I hope we get more sceens with Mac acting like a Dad to her, they are always cute. :D

Aww, I'd love to see Lindsay and Danny go to Mac together to tell him that she's pregnant, that would be so cute. I can imagine Mac lecturing Danny on commitment, and him telling Mac that he has nothing to worry about, that he isn't going anywhere, man, that would be so cute. :adore: I just can't wait to see them as a happy family with their little one, we better get lots of cute family moments. :adore:

You never know. We could have the "said it would happen to you" conversation between Danny and Mac with Lindsay in the middle looking confooooozed. :)

I think that Mac is very much a father figure to both of them. Look how he was with Danny at the end of RSRD.

You never know. We could have the "said it would happen to you" conversation between Danny and Mac with Lindsay in the middle looking confooooozed. :)

That would be funny and very interesting to see Dannys response to that as well.

I would love to see them telling Mac. But I wonder if Lindsay will have already told him because of all the chemicals in the lab. If we get to see them tell Mac I can see him getting all father to both of them - I think to Mac his team is his family - he hand picks everyone.

I can just see Danny getting really excited about this once the initial shock has worn off. Like turning up at Lindsay with a big teddy bear (or Panda:lol:)

When you watch some of the old episodes now they seem to have a double meaning.

I have to say that I think this season of CSI NY is going to be very interesting in more way that one.

Edited to add: Speaking of Montana, Sleight out of Hand is on Spike today! I would love to know more about her family, about sisters, brothers etc.

I agree. We don't much about her yet.

Somehow I would like to see Danny and Lindsay meeting each others families. I don't know why, but I would love to see that.

Oh, and I agree. Mac really seems to be like a father figure for both, Danny and Lindsay. And he cares a lot about the two of them. Like in RSRD when he was there for Danny, when he embraced him to comfort him. And in The Lying Game, when he hugged Lindsay.

I would love to see them telling Mac about their baby together. But I agree, I think Lindsay already told him about it.

I have a quick question, do we know if Louie lived or died? I can't seem to remember. We know about him but not anything about the rest of Danny's family so it would be interesting to see both Danny and Lindsay's family.

Mac and Stella really do seem like the mom and pop of the team, they both try to protect the younger ones, Stella in Sleight out of Hand when she called Lindsay and wasn't there something in the episode when Lindsay left for Montana...is that The Lying Game episode?

There is definitely potential for back story development of both Lindsay and Danny.

We don't know what happened to Louie....... That's sad, because I really liked his character and I wish we would have seen him again. This would have been a great storyline.

And yes, in The Lying Game, Stella and Mac were there before Lindsay went to Montana. And in Silent Night, Stella was the only one Lindsay told about her past. I loved that scene.

And I agree. There are a lot of opportunities for great background stories for Danny and Lindsay.

They haven't mentioned Louie since RSRD in Season 2. I hope that we get some kind of hint. The poor guy is living in the Black Hole of CSI at the moment. But as this season is meant to be all about family and relationships they may put us out of our mistry and make a passing comment.

That scene between Danny ind Louie in the hospital was heart breaking.

I hope this doesn't sound nasty coz its not meant to but in some ways I hope that Louie is still in a coma. I can imagine scene where Danny has going to speak to Louie and tell him his news about the baby, his fears, doubts hopes then maybe lindsay walks in and the share a moment or two.

Thanks for clearing that up, I wasn't sure if we had heard more about Louie but I didn't think we had, my memory isn't as bad as I thought it was. I really hope they mention him again and it would be nice to see a Louie/Lindsay interaction since she never really met him did she?

I have to agree that Danny telling Louie about the baby while he's still in a coma would be interesting. Even if he wasn't still in a coma, it would be nice to see Danny go to his brother and at least talk to him about Lindsay.

Doesn't Danny make some reference to Louie in the beginning of the fourth season? Or maybe that was just a reference his family in general. It would be really interesting to see Lindsay meeting Louie in some sort of capacity. I just think that at this point its a lost cause to bring back Louie. The only continuity the writers like are about bringing pain and drama to D/L :(

It would be extremely good on the part of the writers if they have Danny talk to Louie about the baby. Delve into the dark and mysterious past of the Messers and see what it would mean if we get a baby in the family. Oh the possibilities...

Is it just me or does anyone else want to meet Mama Messer? Danny sure does make a lot of references to her and it would be interesting to see her meeting her grandkid ;)

You're right, Louie is mentioned in The Deep, when Danny talks bout how the two of them would go fishing or something? To me it doesn't seem like sad reminiscing, more like general, how we ticked our mother off. Could be wrong but I figured if Louie were dead there'd have been a bit more to the comment. Anyways, I think that they could probably squeeze out some drama for DL without going into their backgrounds, but not too much so yeah, let's bring up old ghosts and trauma that happened in early childhood - God, one survives a horrific crime and the other narrowly escapes being involved in one, yet still gets framed for it. Bless our little CSIs' cotton socks - are they ever gonna get to chill? Just for one episode?

Oh I so wanna meet Mama Messer - I think she'd be the most awesome woman ever. The type that'll fill you up when you're not hungry and automatically take your side when you have an issue with her son even if it is your fault. :guffaw:

As for her grandchild? I think she'd spoil it more than Stella would

Ha, chill, i think they'll get to chill when the show runs it's course. Pain and drama seems to be the D/L theme but i guess not all drama is bad. I'll have to go check out The Deep to see what I missed, thanks! Oh, Little_Pumpkin i love your signature.

I would love to see mamma Messer with her grandchild. I can picture her as a kind gently but firm woman. I don't know how i'd picture his father though.

Danny and Lindsay chilling? :guffaw: Seriously peaches, you never cease to crack me up...Anyways, I agree, I just was making sure that he was mentioned again. Obviously if it was anything bad I think we would get an emotional, crying Danny about his bro :shifty:

Oh and I agree, lets make the DL drama *insert huge sigh* more about the present and not the past. Lord I think even I need to get therapy after watching this show and these two.

If we wanted to know more about Danny's family, here is our chance. Now since I haven't really seen the first season, wasn't there something about Danny's dad being linked to the mob? Would Danny really want his child to meet someone like that? I am happily content with the kid meeting his/her grandmother and brother who may or may not be alive ;)

When I saw the scene from The Deep, I was really hoping that Louie would return somewhere in season 4. Unfortunately he didn't. :( But who knows, maybe they'll bring him back one day. I would love that! And I would like to see Lindsay meeting Louie.

I agree. I would love to see Lindsay meeting Danny's mother as well!! And Danny meeting her family. So yeah, a big family meeting would be fantastic! :D
