Yep, next week will be "Sleight Out of Hand" (the episode with Criss Angel in it), then "Child's Play" is the next week. :p

They're torturing us, obviously.

what! Thats kind of dumb. Of all the season 4 episodes they could re-run, they pick one from season 3!? well YES I am going to have to agree that is torture! we're not even getting a season 4 re-run.. let alone the fact that were getting a re-run! thats GRRRRR! And the worst part is that it's delaying us from seeing, probably the most anticipated season 4 episode yet!

bad week to air a re-run guys!

I think the current strike has something to do with it. Perhaps they're stalling on showing new episodes so they can spread it across the weeks (even months!) and maintain longer viewer interest in the show.

If the strike goes on all the way into next year ... woo, we are in for a dry season, if ya know what I mean.

The first week after November sweeps is traditionally full of repeats. :p (I have no idea why CSI aired a repeat last week and is having a new episode at the beginning of December--uh, logic, please?)

I'll be getting new episodes of Torchwood at least. :p And I'm so looking forward to that Terminator show  (lord help me if I end up loving it). But I hate reality tv, so that crap won't hold my interest...

Ah well, we'll pull through it together. *clings to you all* ;)

I think kimmychu is right they are trying to spread things out. But is a bummer having to wait 2 weeks for a new ep.

As for the most anticipated ep

Thank god I am not the only one that hates that stuff......its the only topic at work on Monday in my work and the looks I get when I tell them I dont watch it.... :D

I think this sort of time is the only time living in the UK has an advantage to not getting NY till feb/march time... but then again such a highly anticipated ep is frustrating to wait for.

^^ I don't mind it that much having to wait for another week for seeing "Child's play" as long as we end up seeing it. I think it's a way to increase people's interest.

Btw, I don't know if it's the correct place to post it. I think the information is no going to cause any damage but feel free to delate it if necessary.

I went to my comic shop yesterday in order to purchase the last "Lost" titan magazine issue and, for my surprise, in one of the pages, there was an ad informing about the new CSI magazine and explaining that the third issue of that mag was going to be CSI:NY centric. Did you guys know something about it?

Yep, there have been a few CSI Files news articles about the magazine. It cycles through the different shows--the first issue about CSI, the second about Miami, the third about NY, etc. The site is here. The information on the page is about the first issue. :)

Here's the spoiler report for 4.12 "Happily Never After".

Extra spoilery bits:

~ The case of the hotel owner (obviously) has a Wizard of Oz theme--from her reputation to her office decorated in all green (with a broom hanging on the wall) to her little dog, Otto. :p

~ Adam is in the spoilers with his trusty iPod by his side, getting his groove on a little bit in the lab--and Mac witnesses it. :p (This is a scene I'm definitely hoping we see in the final episode--Adam never disappoints. ;))

I'm not sure whether to be excited or not about this one--it's squashed between 4.11 and 4.13, which both have decent doses of Danny-drama in them, so having a lighter episode isn't necessarily a bad thing. However, I hope they don't take the Wizard of Oz and Peter Pan (and Alice in Wonderland, according to earlier spoilers) thing too far and just make it tacky. *crosses fingers*

Yeah I'm with you Fay. I'm hoping this will be good, and not too cheesy, but as it's in between two episodes that I am just ridiculously excited about I'm worried that it may disappoint. :)

Still, Adam is awesome so that scene sounds great, and Angell is in this one too, which also makes me happy. :)

^^ Well, I don't know what to think about the fact that "Happily never after" is going to be a lighter episode between two Danny-drama centric's episodes. But I guess that if TPTB decided to order those three episodes on that way, sure there is a good reason. So I'm just going to wait and see what happens.

And about the child's tales allusion, well, if they don't push it too far, it would be something interesting to see.

I don't mind if they have a lighter episode between 11 and 13, but what will bug me is if they have Danny really upset in both of those but give no sign of that in 12--then it'll just seem out of order or half-ass. Ah well, we'll see.

Adam could easily save the day for me, plus Angell is there, and we all know how much Fay loves her Angell. :p I also hope we get a couple of great Hammerback scenes--I always get a kick out of that man. :p

I hope we'll at least see some indication that Danny isn't doing well in 412 if he's going to get upset and go missing in 413, to the point where Flack is worried enough about him to break into his apartment. To have him be fine in 412 would be off.

^^ Yeah, I can definitely see Danny falling into some kind of abyss from episode 11 to 13. I guess it all has to do with the motivation for him feeling in this way. I mean, it seems that Ruben's death is the inner cause, and that may lead to a change in his mood that could be more or less perceptible on 4x12, and maybe will explode on 4x13.
