Yeah, that's what I'm hoping for the scene. :) It's short, but Flack seems concerned about his sister, and it would be great for Danny to be there for him... It would make a nice change for someone to support him for once. :) Not that he's usually the one needing support of course.

Flack really is quite the stoic, but I'd love to see Danny reach out to him and ask him if he was doing okay. I bet that would mean the world to Flack, and it would show that Danny isn't thoughtless when it comes to the one person who's always there for him.
 
Don't lie, Top--you want Danny to be like 'you okay?' and Flack to look at him and then start making out with him...

That would be hawt. :p

Yes, yes it would be. :devil: And come on, Flack's a shrewd man--he should be able to take advantage of Danny trying to comfort him to score a little somethin' somethin' with the show's resident slut. :lol: ;) :devil:

I'm sorry people but i'm for one happy as hell that Danny and Lindsay are getting back together.
 
The season finale sounds like it will be excellent (NY always does well with their finales, IMO) but I'm stoked to see some early S5 spoilers, too - and having Flack front & center, no less! :thumbsup: Nice to see we'll meet some of his family. Maybe some of the writers have read what some of us have been saying, that we would like to see Relationships without Romance... :rolleyes: ;)

As for the D/L stuff... *sigh* I could definitely do without any of that, but if they must, I guess they must... as long as it's kept firmly in the background and never, ever mentioned again after the "rekindling" :lol:

So it looks like D/L are getting back together.:rolleyes: Which will just make Lindsay even more inconsistent because she said getting involved with Danny is 'really stupid' and then she goes and does it again?:rolleyes: But I agree with those who say that without D/L, there isn't much to Lindsay's character. But as the writers may be giving us some nice Flackful moments in the s5 premiere, I will forgive them. ;)
The finale spoilers sound really exciting though.

What the D/L are getting back together? No offense to anyone but Lindsay will look really stupid if that happens.

I agree we need Flack! :D Were my eyes playing tricks on me or I saw Adam for about half a second? :lol: Adaaaaam! :D

Is it definite that we'll see his sister, or will she just be mentioned? One thing that bothers me about this is...where was Flack's family when he was critically injured in the bombing in the S2 finale? I find it hard to believe now. Although Flack's always been my favorite character, TPTB have neglected the character too much since S1. For me, it's too little too late.
 
^Is that real? Or am I dreaming? Information about Flack? It's getting crazy, the next thing may be Sheldon on the screen with more than 3 lines :D

On a more serious note, it was about damn time we got something. Long time since season 1 my friends, long mythical time.
 
Whoops, forgot to link to the 4.18 spoiler report last night. The cast list from the press release makes me think the beginning might be pretty different from what I was working from, but we'll see. :)

According to the spoilers, Mac and Adam had a fun little scene, so I'm sure we'll get something good in the episode from those two. ;)

The thing about Flack is--just because they f*cked up with his family before doesn't mean they can't show them now. They screwed up once, having them continue to ignore it just perpetuates the problem. Two wrongs don't make a right, and if they're showing his sister now, I'll move past the fact that they didn't show his family in "Charge of this Post". They didn't show them then, but they can't go back now and fix it, so the best thing they can do is move on and try to do it right this time. It's like assuming that since they've sucked at continuity in the past, they shouldn't pay attention to continuity now--either we want it or we don't!

Thanks for posting it. It looks great to me. :) If you're referring to the characters you've mentioned in the spoiler report, then 'Jesse' is 'Jeffrey' on the cast list. ;) Some of the others aren't speaking parts.

:) I love any fun Adam scenes!

I'm just happy to get anything about Flack's family, and this looks great. It could give us a real insight into Flack's family dynamic. And in 'CoTP' Flack was injured and, in an ideal world, his family should have been there, but it was more about Mac than it was about Flack in that episode. IMO, this season 5 opener could give us more insight into him than a brief family visit in CoTP ever could. :)

Ah, see--Futon Critic has two press releases, and the newer one says Jesse instead of Jeffrey (it was Jeffrey in the original spoilers). I was talking about Lacey, who appears in the original spoilers but not on the cast list. They might have changed things, or maybe she doesn't talk. Oh well, we'll see next week. ;)

Also, I just noticed that they have updated the 4.20 press release as well--the typo has been corrected.
