During editing they will probaly go in and remove them digitally if they are not meant to be there.

On the behind the scenes section on the CSI: Miami DVD they had they talked about the moutains being in some shots and there are no mountains in Florida so they showed the digital work the editors did to correct background when that happened.

I don't know if people have potted Palm Trees outside their business in New York. I didnt see any, when I was there though. They probably will edit them out or crop the scene in closer. The promo pictures are just rough drafts to show us what is going to happen in that episode, so they probably haven't edited the palm trees out yet! :)

you know, it looks like that picture of Lindsay in the middle, I dont think she is in the building when it blows. From the look on her face, I think that maybe she is outside and thats why she looks so shocked.

If she's in the building when it blows she must me very lucky that only have cut on her face, or maybe she wasn't near the center of the explosion. Poor Flack, he might trapped inside :(

Wow those really make you want to see the episode!! Poor Flack, I hope he makes it. He is like my favorite with Hawkes (well at least he looks safe for the moment)...
