Yeah. Also, Ausiello confirmed it was Eric today with one of his famous asterick quizes (did I spell that right...)

ok the short short version is this:
-Clavo escape from the prison
-A dispo truck carrying confiscated guns gets overturned and the guns are out on the street
-A missle of some sort is launched into the courtroom to help Clavo escape and Alexx is inside
-Eric gets shot in the leg and head and Horatio is with him
That all happens in "No Man's Land"
In "Man Down"
-Eric gets rushed to the hospital where he flatlines and they revive him
- Horatio has a flashack to Speed
-Clavo is still in the wind
-Calleigh and Ryan are searching for the person who shot Eric.
Did I cover everything? If I missed something, feel free to add...I basically did that off the top of my head.
God, I can't wait for these eps!!!

Well I thought that Eric flatlines at the end of "No Man's Land" and is revived in "Man Down" to add to the teaser, but everything else looks good. I could be wrong about that though. Good description.

Eric is not going to die per say. He will flatline and be clinically dead but he is going to survive in the end.
In my opinion there are three characters that if they were to kill any one of them the show would virutally be over. And those three would be Horatio, Calleigh and Eric and not b/c they have been around the longest but b/c these three are the three mainstays on the show whose characters make the show what it is. To kill any of them off, unless the actor truly wants to leave would be stupid.
