My honest opinion: Virgie's saying "I told you so" to her daughter even though her daughter's dead.
The mother's trying to exert the authority that she couldn't exert when Anna Nicole fled Texas. Last week was the absolute deadline for them to have an open-casket service. Virgie knew her daughter was decaying, but she appealed anyway, knowing that her daughter would never be seen again as the physically beautiful woman she once was.
There were two women who flew down to the Bahamas on the same flight as Virgie, when she went down to "grieve" at Daniel's grave. These women gave depositions that Virgie kept discussing how much Elvis was worth when he died, and how many millions his estate is now worth. Then she further talked about how much Anna Nicole could be worth dead more than alive. My question: Why weren't these depositions submitted as evidence that the mother wanted to profit off her daughter's body?
Virgie was tripped up in her testimony when asked if she had or would receive money from the death of Daniel or Anna Nicole. What kind of mother does that?
Anna Nicole left Texas for a reason. She didn't talk to her mother for a reason. She attempted to find love with all sorts of people for a reason. She did everything she could to grab the spotlight and attention for a reason. She took drugs and used alcohol to escape for a reason. Seeing her mother act like a cold-hearted b**** makes me think that's the reason.
