Sandra Bullock on Jesse James: 'We Have Both Moved On'

Sandra Bullock is offering words of welcome as her ex-husband Jesse James prepares to move to her adopted hometown in Texas.

"I support Jesse in his move to Austin," the Oscar winner, 46, tells PEOPLE exclusively in this week's cover story. "We have both moved on with our lives and only want the best for each other. Anything else that is said on my behalf is inaccurate."

For Bullock, moving on includes finalizing her adoption of 8-month-old son Louis on Aug. 13 surrounded by friends and her sister Gesine in a New Orleans courtroom. "She is so in love with her child," says a source.

As for motorcycle CEO James, 41 – who recently stepped out in Las Vegas with LA Ink star Kat Von D. – he too is starting to move on in the wake of the cheating scandal that led to his June divorce from Bullock, according to a James source.

"I think he's starting to grasp reality a bit more," says the source, "and the realization that it's going to take a lot longer and a lot more than he thought to bring things back to what they were."

I saw this story posted on some news site, and immediately thought to share it here :) I'll just quote the actual article.....

Montana Fishburne may be guilty of some questionable career choices, but when it comes to crime, she swears she's innocent.

Laurence Fishburne's porn star daughter pleaded not guilt today to two new charges stemming from accusations she beat up her boyfriend's ex: assault with a deadly weapon and trespassing.

I didn't know LF even had an older daughter......

Hi JorjaFoxFan long time no see:eek:hope your well, and yes he's got 3 children a son Langston 24, Montana 19, and Delilah age 3. This is a sleazy, nasty story and he's "embarassed" so it's been a huge thorn in his side, and to keep it off here for the most part, it's better for him. But this is celebrity news. Here's a photo of her~

DADDY AND DAUGHTER she's certainly got his eyes~

I've been on here as Coco_Chanel I was just having problems with this account, but the mods ever so nicely fixed them :D

And yea, I kinda knew he had an older daughter, I just wasn't aware of her...career choice :p She definitely looks exactly like him though, I've seen pictures before.

DUH, I knew that, just forgot, silly me:confused:so anyway here's another photo of her, she is stunning, but could have went down another path. With his connections, even on CSI.. sad for him, he's such a classy, elegant guy:(

MONTANA

The article I read gave a little past bio of Montana Fishburne and apparently she was arrested and charged with prostitution a few years ago when she was 18, so apparently this was a while in the making, not really a shock. There was also a statement made by Laurence Fishburne where he stated he's embarrassed not by her career choice but by her decision to use her true last name professionally.

Each to their own, that industry is very (in?)famous and completely legal. I suppose it depends on your morals and what you believe in. Although I promise you I wouldn't want my child entering the industry, I truly have nothing against it.

Two news stories pertaining to Leonardo DiCaprio today...

Leonardo DiCaprio has been granted a restraining order against a Livia Bistriceanu who has been periodically flying from Chicago to LA to stalk Leo at his business office and home. She is convinced she is married to the star, and is claiming to be carrying his baby. Leo sent a sworn declaration to the courts on Wednesday and now has two retraining orders against stalkers, one of whom is currently in jail. Yikes!

Back in 2005, Leonardo DiCaprio pressed charges against a woman for slashing his face with a piece of glass at a party. She has just been ordered to stand trial on one count of assault with a deadly weapon. Until then, she remains in lockup, insisting that she is not guilty.

Poor Leo.

Michael Lohan, Lindsay Lohan's father, has announced that he’s moving to California to open a drug and alcohol rehabilitation center. Michael says he wants to make the center very holistic and that he will not tolerate prescription drug use. He already has investors and therapists lined up and is in the process of “negotiating the location.”

^^ It's hard to hate on somebody who's building a center to help people, but seriously?! oh god.
