Burn Notice

Sam and Madeline? Nah, that's way too creepy. She treats him like a son already. Plus, Sam likes rich women. Though I wouldn't mind seeing Sam and Lucy hook up. What happened to her anyway? She just sort of disappeared after Season One.

Sam and Maddy? I was picking up a bit of that vibe, but they're more friends than anything else, united by friendship with Michael. I don't think that'll happen.
(Gaseous Anomaly, I love the sscene from your tag, but I don't think you have the quote quite right. Kate said the the night of the...event ;)

From TV Guide online:

On Thursday, July 23, at the Comic Con 2009 convention in SanDiego

Burn Notice
Star Bruce Campbell joins creator and executive producer Matt Nix and co-executive producer Alfredo Barrios Jr. for a panel discussion.

Also from TV Guide online (I posted this earlier in the Celebrity News thread):

Burn Notice's Jeffrey Donovan Arrested for DUI

TV Guide online quotes The Hollywood Reporter that Burn Notice has been renewed for additional seasons. It has had sizzling numbers in the ratings in recent airings and has helped the USA Network emerge as the most-watched cable network in July.

Yayaw! Our crew rocks! Exactly how many 'additional seasons?'

I so thought tonight's finale was gonna end in a cliffhanger. Glad it didn't.

Thought it was funny when Michael told Sean he'd pose as an American to the Irish bad guy and then Michael talked in the American voice and Sean goes "I dunno man, your accent is a little shaky." :guffaw:

Was anyone screaming at the tv when after Michael pulled Fi out of the water he said her name, but then didn't tell her what was in his heart. I kept saying "come on, just say it already! It's not that hard to tell her you love her. Yeesh!"

 at the thing with the car. Poor Sam.

Loved the finale and also thought it would end on a cliffy. Damn happy it didn't. Wasn't sure if I could take the suspense waiting to see if Michael would rescue Fi. And I love their little thing "we're not good at this." lol. so true. THE CAR. *whimper* how could they do that to such a beautiful piece of US-made machinery? grrrrr. Nice to see Michael McBride back....

*shiver* that accent STILL gets me. Got under my skin when we first learned of it. Damn, I wish we'd see some good Ireland/Fi flashbacks to when they first met/fell in love. And I have to say, absolutely LOVED!!!! Michael when he killed Stricker(name?) just after stating Fi wasn't his past. Nope, not at all. I was thinking, *she's your future.* Soooooo gooooodddddd.

Heard anything about this show either?

I really really liked it and wondered if it was coming back.

USA seems to be pushing their new show... White Color and I wanted to know if that was taking place of Burn Notice.

No, Burn Notice will be back this winter for 16 episodes, probably on Thursday nights like it used to be. USA Network website doesn't list a date at this time. White Collar got started for now, maybe to replace the departing Monk.

I'm so glad they're going back to the 9pm (in my time zone) time slot cause at 8, it would have conflicted with both of my other two favorite shows CSI and Supernatural.

I just saw the preview for the next episode with Tyne Daly's appearance. It looks great. Can't wait to see her & Sharon together again.
