That's okay Hankster. I understand. While I prefer TOS to the newer one doesn't mean I should've voiced my opinion the way I did. LOL. I don't think before I speak. LOL

ok, what does everyone think of last night's episode?
to me.. It wasn't as good as the season premiere :eek:
I liked it
I thought Adama's speach was a 'little thick' he 'poured it on' about the rescue being a great moment in history because I think he said something very similar in season 1 about rescuing the people from old Caprica
am I right?
I'm still drawn in to this.. and Baltar, he just 'lost it' and he has gone around the bend.. that makes him worth watching too, just to see what he is going to do next
and Lucy Lawless, WOW! ( should have put her in as one of the answers in THE MATCH GAME, right Hankster ;) )
all in all I am inspired to keep watching

The show is brilliant because it continues to surprise with what it brings us, after all how many of us woulda thought that at the start they'd end up settling on a planet, even for a short time.

Love the fact Dee and Apollo got married. Love all the twists the show brings in all the interaction and relationships we see.

Hmmm, I didn't know where else to post this, but I thought you guys might appreciate it...

I just got invited to a friend's dad's Hallowe'en party- he works in the Effects dept. for Battlestar Gallactica, and apparently his Hallowe'en parties are legendary. Also, some of the cast will be there, although I'm not certain which people exactly.

Anyway, if I manage to go, it may be interesting. :)

You dang well better go, Baba! I just wish I could be there...

My daughter and I will be in Vancouver, BC from Nov. 8th through 13th. I know the BSG set is closed, but I'm hoping to spot a few of the stars in Hollywood North while we're there! :D

Grace Park (MAJOR HOTTIE) has been spotted all around Vancouver at various West End restaurants. I WILL SEE HER! :D

Oh, Vancouver actors? Yawn, see them all the time and don't care that much! :lol: I was thinking more along the lines of major celebs.

Well if you go to the party I hope you have a good time, the cast members I've met are all really nice. Aaron is great.

Saw the first 2 episodes of this season, Tigh/Michael Hogan is excellent. I think Tigh is one of my favourite characters because he is so uncompromising and he's prepared to do things that need to be done even if they are hard.

It's great to see Anders getting screen time, back to what he does best, leading a rebellion.

Loving the stuff with Leoben, CKR is just so good as him, creepy, kinda scary but at the same time you want her to love him.

I love this show.

how about the new season?

I liked the one we saw last night
and the boxing one where they layed out everyones future and backstory

UMM so saw too that Lee's marriage to Dee wouldn't work same with Starbuck...

when are they going to get those two together

I did like Lucy Lawless on the series too
too bad she died :eek:

I dont get BSG regularily. Only on Sundays. The last epi I saw was TaBFaYw, last wkend.
