That evening Danny and Flack set up survelance in Central Park. "You ready Danny"? asked Flack. "Yeah! as I'll ever be". Danny sat down on the bench and started pretending to read a book. As he was looking around he seen a stranger walking toward him. "Flack, whispered Danny. "Suspect at 11 O'Clock". "I see him Danny", don't make a move yet". Danny stayed as still as he could and tried his hardest not to move too soon. Just as he was standing up to pretend he was walking away, the guy grabbed him around the neck. Flack and the other Officer's came running from all direction's, and tackled the guy to the ground. "Messer", you okay man"? asked Flack. "Yeah", fine, just a little hoarse", said Danny. Once they had the suspect apprehended, Danny called Mac to let him know. "We got him Mac" , said Danny, "He's in custody". "Thanks Danny I owe you big time for this", said Mac. "That you do and don't think I won't collect", said Danny. "Night Danny"! said Mac "Night Mac". After Mac got off the phone with Danny, he went to let Stella know. "Sweetheart", Danny and Flack caught him, he's custody as we speak". "That's wonderful Mac", said Stella. "Stella, are you okay love"? "Of course, just tired", need sleep". "Okay love, I just need to make a couple calls to the Chief and then I'll be back". "Okay Mac, love you"? "Love you too Stella". Mac left the room to call the Chief. "Chief it's Mac, we caught him", *talking*. "Yeah, Danny and Flack". *more talking* "Yes Chief, see you in the morning, good-night". As Mac headed back to bed the phone rang. "Taylor"! "Mac, it's Danny". "What is it Danny"? "We didn't catch the killer". "What do you mean you didn't catch him"? "He didn't match the photo, so we had the Cassie come in and she confirmed it wasn't him". "Hell Danny, do you know what the means"? "This guy now knows about our sting, and the Chief is going to be angry, because now I have to call him again, and let him know it wasn't the guy". "I'm sorry Mac", said Danny. "Don't be Danny, you didn't do anything wrong". "I'll talk to you in the morning". Mac went back to bed, too be with Stella, because come tomorrow night he was going to have to tell her she'd need to be bait for the killer.
In the morning Stella woke up and tried to get out of bed, but a quickened dizzy spell forced her to sit back down. "Stella, are you okay love"? asked Mac. "Yeah, I think so, just dizzy for a minute". Stella felt nausea coming on strong, and ran to the washroom, where she threw up in the toilet. "Stella, yelled Mac. "What's the matter with you love"? "I don't know Mac, I'm so sick". "Come on, let's get you back into bed". Once Mac had Stella back in bed, he got her some water, and a cold cloth. "Thank's Mac", said Stella. "No thanks needed love, I love taking care of you". "And I love, loving you, said Stella. "I'll be right back love", I need to call the chief about last night". "It seems we caught the wrong guy". "That means the killer know's about our Sting"? said Stella. "I don't want you to worry about that love", just relax". Mac left the room to call the Chief. "Good morning Chief, it's Mac. "What is it Det.Taylor"? "It seems we caught the wrong guy, he's not our killer". Our witness informed Danny, that wasn't him". "Well that wonderful said the Chief, that means he know's that Danny was part of a Sting", said the Chief. "I know that Sir", said Mac. "You know what that means, don't you Mac"? "Yes, we need to use Stella as the bait". "That's right, so let's set it up for tonight", said the Chief. "It can't be tonight Chief, I need Stella on another case, we will have to do it tomorrow night". "That's fine , but you better hope we don't have another murder tonight, or you'll be the one explaining it to the city of NY". Once Mac ended the call, he went back to give Stella the bad news. "Hi love , how you feeling now"? "A little better", thanks". "I'm going to make you some dry toast in a minute, but first I need to talk to you about something". "Sure Mac, what is it"? "As you know Danny's cover has been blown", "God Stella, I can't ask you this, I'm so worried about losing you". "You need me to bait the killer, don't you"? "Yes love, I'm so sorry, the Chief is forcing my hand". "It's okay Mac, when does he need me to do this"? "I told him not till tomorrow night". "Well, then I'll be ready and protected. "Don't worry Mac, I know you'll protect me". "God Stella, I wish I had your faith in me". "Come here Mac and love me please", said Stella. "You are a bossy bit of goods aren't you"? said Mac. "Only for you love, only for you". Later that afternoon, Mac called Danny, and told him to have Flack and him come over at 5 to set up for tomorrow night. Just as he got off the phone with them he heard Stella throw up again. "Oh sweetheart", said Mac. "I'm sorry Mac, I couldn't make it", said Stella in tears. "that's okay love, just sit in the chair and I'll change our sheets". Once Mac had the sheets changed, he put a pail of warm water beside Stella on the floor. "Do you need anything love"? asked Mac. "Yeah I do"? said Stella. "What love"? "You, I need you to lay with me Mac, please"? Mac climbed into bed with Stella and cuddled her in his arms while she fell asleep. The next time they awoke it was 1:45 pm. "Holy hanna Stella, it's 1:45, love, I need to get too the office", said Mac. "Shoot, said Stella, let me grab a quick shower, and I'll go with you". "I don't think so love, you've been sick". "I feel great Mac, it must have been some 24hr bug or something". Mac looked at Stella in denial. "What 24hr thing"? , said Mac. "I don't know Mac, all I know is I feel great, almost refreshed". Thinking to himself Mac said, "I'll never understand that woman". An hour later Mac and Stella were headed to NYPD. Once they arrived at NYPD, Danny was confussed. "I thought she was staying home Mac"? said Danny. "Yeah, you and me both, she was bound and determined to come". "Are we still meeting at your place tonight"? "Of couse Danny, 5pm and make sure Flack isn't late". "Don't worry Mac, we'll be there". Once Mac was in his office, he thought back to how sick Stella was this morning. It took all of 5 minutes to dawn on him that Stella and him were pregnant. "Holy mother of God", said Mac, "WE did it, Stella and I did it". Running down the hall he found Stella, at the Snack Machine. "Hungry love"? asked Mac. "God yes, I'm starving Mac", I've never felt so hungry". Mac started laughing, he knew he should tell Stella, but he decided to see how long it took her too catch on. "What's so funny Taylor"? asked Stella, as she shoved Peanut Butter cups down her throat. "Not a thing love, just watching you enjoy your snack". "It's funny you know", I hate these things, but for some reason, I'm enjoying them emensely", said Stella. "It looks like it, want some more"? my treat", said Mac. "Taylor, what is that look on your face, like you have a secret to tell, but wish to keep it to yourself"? asked Stella. "Honest love, it's nothing, just leave it for now, would like another Peanut Butter cup"? "Sure, Mac, as long as you're buying". "Christ stella, I thought you hated Peanut Butter, said Danny as he walked into the lunch room. "I do, but for some reason, I crave this stuff today". "Mac, what's with that dopey look on your face, said Danny. Turning around Mac said, "It's nothing Danny, just thinking".
Mac and Stella headed home to get everything ready for their meeting with Danny and Flack. "Mac, where is the peanut butter"? asked Stella. "It should be in the cupboard love". Once Stella found it, she started spreding it on crackers. "God love, aren't you full yet"? "I'm not really hungry Mac, it's just something about peanut butter". "I'm so confussed, I hate the stuff". Mac knew he had no choice but to tell her. "Stella"? "Yes Mac"? "Remember when we talked about having a baby"? "Of course I do Mac". "It will happen". "Stella, it already has", said Mac. It took all of 5 second's for Stella to catch on. "Oh my God Mac, are we, we, "...... "Yes love, we are going to have a baby". Stella jumped into Mac's arms and kissed his face all over. "I don't believe it, we did it Mac, we made a baby". "That we did love", said Mac. A short time later Danny and Mac showed up. "Hey Mac, how are you Stella"? "Great Danny, thanks for asking". "What is she so happy about"? asked Flack. "Life Flack, it's all about life", said Mac. "Okay so let's discuss our plans for tomorrow night", said Mac. Once they had everything in place, Danny and Flack were getting ready to leave. "Would you like a ride home Stella"? asked Flack. "I'll take her Flack, I need to go over things with her again", we'll see you both tomorrow night", said Mac. "Okay, night Mac"! said Flack. Once they had left Mac turned around and Stella was gone. Mac knew where he would find her. "Stella, stop with the peanut butter love". "But I'm hungry Mac". "I have something to cure your hunger said Mac". He grabbed Stella in his arms and carried her to bed. It worked for all of 3 hour's and then she was back in the kitchen eating peanut butter while he slept.
In the morning Mac smelled Peanut Butter in their room. Looking over at Stella, he could see on the table beside her was a jar of the nutty stuff, and soda crackers. Mac knew she was going to pay for it, this morning with the nausea. Not wanting to wake her, Mac headed downstairs to get the flat ginger ale and dry toast. He could remember his mom telling him, "If your wife becomes pregnant, keep flat ginger ale and dry toast handy". In his head Mac thanked his mom for that little tip. As he got what he needed he could hear Stella wretching up in the washroom. "It's okay Love" , said Mac, as he rubbed her back and pulled back her hair. "Oh Mac, I hate this, I feel so yucky". said Stella. "Come on Love, I'll help you back too bed". Once he had her lying down he handed her the Ginger Ale. "Drink this Love it will help". Stella took a sip and laid her head back against the pillow. As Mac got up to get her the pail in case she felt ill again she grabbed his arm. "Where are you going Taylor"? "Just to get you the pail Love, in case you feel sick again". "Did I tell you how much I love you Mac"? "Alway's Stella, though I never tire of hearing it". "Okay, I Love you Mac Taylor". "I love you too my beautiful Stella". As they got dressed for work, Mac knew this was going to be the toughest day of his life, for this was the day Stella had to go undercover. Once they got to NYPD, the Chief was waiting in Mac's office. "Christ, can't get a break at all around here today". "What's that Mac"? asked Stella. "Nothing sweetheart, I'll see you in a little while", said Mac. Before they parted, Mac whispered in Stella's ear that he loved her. She smiled and whispered back, I know Mac, we love you too as she touched her tummy. Once Mac went into the Office with the Chief, Stella headed to the Food Machine, to get more Peanut Butter cups.

"Yeah" Mac, everything is a go". Just at that moment Danny came down the hall. "Mac, I found out something interesting", said Danny. "What's that Danny"? "The Chief has assigned Flack and I on a new case". "What"? "when", I just spoke with him in my office, he said nothing about this". "He just told me on his way Mac", said Danny. "What should we do"? "You and Flack be at that Park tonight, I'll take the heat from the Chief". "You got it Mac", said Danny. Mac's mood was getting worse as the day went on. Not being able to put up with anymore bullshit, he went to find Stella and get her the hell out of there. He found her in the lunchroom and without a word, picked her up in his arms and carried her out in front of everyone. "Mac"! said Stella in shock, "Put me down". "Never Stella, I'll never put you down, I'll never leave you, I'll never hurt you. The only thing I'll ever do is love you more and more as our relationship grows". Placing her in the car, he got down on one knee, looked into her eyes and said... "Stella, Marry me", "Let me love you and our child, be my wife". Stella's breath caught in her throat, she couldn't help the dizzy feeling of love overflowing in her mind and her heart. And with one tearful moment she said.... "Yes Mac, "I'll marry you".
Later that night, Everything was set to go at the Park. Stella, was dressed in a jogging outfit and running through the Park. "Messer, It's Mac, are you in place" "10-4", said Danny. "Flack, It's Mac, are you in place"? "Of course Mac, where else would I be"? Mac could see Stella clearly stretching by the bench as this guy came out of nowhere and tried to grab her by the neck. Everyone came running out as Mac threw the guy to thr ground and cuffed him. "You okay Stella"? , asked Mac. "Fine Mac, no worries". Stella leaned into Mac and told him she loved him. "I love you too, sweetheart, Now let's get you home and I'll make you supper". said Mac. "Danny, Flack, said Mac, thank-you for all your help", said Mac. "Anytime Mac", said Flack. "So Taylor, when's the wedding"? "How did yo......." "How did we know"? "That's easy Mac, when you carry someone in your arms from the NYPD, people talk". "So once again, When is the wedding"? "Soon Flack, very soon, because Stella and I are going to be parents". "WHAT", said Danny, Mac a Dad"? "Good God". "That's what I say, said Flack. "Congrats Mac". "Thank's, but Stella helped". "Of course she did", said Flack laughing. Once Mac got Stella home, he asked her what kind of wedding she wanted. "Just something small Mac, with our closet friends". "Are you sure love"? "Of course I'm sure Mac, I love you, I'd be happy marrying you in a shoe box". Mac laughed, because he could vision him and Stella squeezing into a shoe box, saying "I DO". (The Wedding Day) Next Chapter It was a beautiful day for the Wedding, everyone had shown up to the Church in the Little Village of Central Park. They had installed a pure white tent, covered in ribbon's and flower's, at the top of the door stood a banner with Mac and Stella, together4ever on it. As everyone started coming in Stella was in her change room with Lindsey trying not to throw up. "God Lindsey, I thought for sure I'd be over this by now"? said stella. "One can wish, said Lindsey. "Mine lasted for almost 3 months before I finally settled down". "Just as Stella was ready to put the final touches on her make-up Danny walked in. "Wow", said Danny, you look amazing." "Thank you said Stella. She was dressed in a beautiful flowing white wedding gown with an off white lace down the sleeves and along the neck. She wore a simple Gold Heart necklace, that had the intials, M&S written on them, with her Gold Teardrop earring's. Lindsey helped her with her 8 foot train, that was made from laced satin. "Oh Stella, said Lindsey you look like a Princess". (crying) "Stop that now, or you're going to have me crying", said Stella. At that moment the music started playing for the Maid of Honor, as Stella had no bridemaids. Once Lindsey stood at the end , they started playing "Here comes the bride". Walking down the Isle with Flack, Mac couldn't believe his eye's, she looked so perfect and beautiful. As Flack passed her off to Mac, he could see Stella's tears. "Don't cry love", said Mac as he took her towards the priest. Once they were infront of the Priest Stella and Mac read each other their promise's, when they were done the Priest said the blessing. "Stella, do you take thee Mac"? to love, honor cherrish and care for in sickness and in health"? "I do", said Stella. "And Mac, do you take Stella, to be your wife"? "To love, honor, and cherrish in sickness and in health"? "I do, said Mac. "then by the power invested in me, and by the state of the Holy Church, I now pronounce you Husband and Wife, you may kiss the bride". As Mac lifted Stella's vail to kiss her, *BANG< BANG< BANG. Everone ran for cover when the Chief got shot. Mac, Danny, Flack and Hawkes, ran over, leaving Stella and Lindsey . "I could look at you forever and never get bored". Taking her in his arms, he kissed her with passion, enchantment, and love. "Let's go home love". What Stella haden't realized yet, was that Mac had bought them a home, and had had Danny, Flack and Hawkes go to Stella's Apartment and move out all her stuff into thier new home. As they were driving along Stella noticed they weren't going the right way. "Mac"! Where are we going"? "I told you love, home". "Home is the other way Mac". "No Stella home is here", "Looking up Stella seen a beautiful 3 storey house, with a huge backyard. "Mac, what is this"? said Stella with tears in her eyes.
