On this topic, I guess he did feel a connection to her at one point in time, but being her friend , freindship is a two way street:thumbsup: what has she ever done for him? served him tea in S/3, 5 years ago, & caused for him, chaos, friction angst, confusion, anger, annoyance, irritation and general negativity, and no happiness!! To me, and were all entitled to our opinions, he's on a higher level morally then she is. He said in "Ending Happy" that "sex without love, makes one sad" and she slept with her murdered daughters killer:eek:Cath was even appalled, and her daughter being brutally murdered, look at her lifestype and her role model:rolleyes: She also has only been in 4 eps. in 8 years, and as others who are now gone. She also told him 'go away". He has helped her twice stopping her from beating a guy to death, I think he was horrified:klingon:, and then her did this favor for her. I had a friend watch this with me, he'd never seen it, and he goes "He feels sorrow and pity for her, so he wanted to bring her some sort of resolve, by getting her to see her grandchild" and he added, "they seem at odds with one another, especially her" I've only seen him get P...off twice in "Gentle Gentle" in the lab, where he pushed that cart and yelled at Greg, and in "Living Doll" where hs yelled at Natalie 'Tell me where she is" I can't in my wildest imagination seeing him beating anyone.. and if LH really wants to pay back his good deed, he brought her the only one she cares about, so she can go up to San Francisco, and bring Sara back to him, the only one he cares about, one good turn deserves another! then they'll be equal:thumbsup:and stars who are no longer with us ~~

    Terri Miller
    Keppler
    Vartann
    Sofia
    Ronnie
    Lady Heather
    Sara

But on her KTLA interview Jorja said "I will be back, but can't tell you when" so at least she is, the others, no news on them!

And here's a list of stars who where on briefly in one ep.& all were fantastic, and some have been in Billy's movies!

    Faye Dunaway
    Steve Lawrence
    Roger Daltry
Missy Crider, played opposite in "The Beast"
    Anthony LaPaglia
    Steve Baldwin
    Ruby Dee
    Sean Young "Cousins"
Danny Bonaduce, And I'm sure I've missed many.. so stars come and go;)

    Another one for the list:

The wonderful and wierd Tom Noonan, who was the killer in Manhunter.

He was in CSI a while back, played that magician dude.

And of course, a story I'm sure I told before here - While filming Manhunter, Tom Noonan refused to hang out with Billy (or anyone else who played one of the 'good guys'). So the first day they actually spent time together was the last day of filming  They went out for breakfast!

Desertwind we will never agree with the Lovely Lady.

Our post really should go in the "Ship Debate" don't cha think?:) Or "Dislike a character thread."

And I would appreciate if you please use the spoiler tag on what may or may not happen on CSI.
I want to be surprise. Thank you.

Now, back on the subject of Mr. Petersen, BTW, hope you all had a nice St. Patrick's Day ours was cold with some snow. :)

The Big Dance is coming up and I bet being a sports nut BP will be enjoying basketball. Me, I'm not into to basketball.
I love Nascar and MLB is just around the corner.

WP_rocks my dear, I was speaking of the episode, not 'ship' talk violence vs non-violence morals vs no morals, favors vs no favors, which this episode was about:wtf:also past eps. she was featured in..which is what the writers presented to the fans..and on the 'characters you dislike' that was 'which CSI character' she's not a CSI! & of 'guests' who are no longer on CSI:borg: and on *spoiler* tags:confused: I only listed the title, which is posted everywhere for the up-coming April 3rd CSI. To me, this ep. the 'western part' reminded me of a spoof on "Saturday Night Live" the worst ep. of S/7, so silly. I will add this, speaking for myself, if I cared about someone, and only had seen them 4 times in 8 years, how pathetic, not to mention a big waste of time, if I didn't see this someone for 3 months and he popped back in, I say "get lost" so, moving on.... who do you all think, if Grissom leaves, would be the best supervisor, qualified & equipped to take his place?

Personally, I can't wait to see whether Billy shaved or not. I'm hoping that he decides to keep the beard. It adds a mysterious and slightly dangerous quality to Grissom, which I love.

As for the LH vs Sara debate...none of us go through life in a vacuum. We all fall in and out of love, in and out of relationships. I think LH was what Gil needed at that time when he was questioning his life because of his hearing problems.
He has moved on into his relationship with Sara, but kept the friendship alive with LH because of their connection. He understands LH as much as she understands him. They are both similar in that neither of them trust easily.

I really enjoyed watching Gil handle both of his women in TGTBATD. ;)

OT: Please excuse us WP/GG fans.
Am I missing something here?
LH is an LV Character. She's not on CSI: NY or Miami, she's not on some other show like WAT, GA, DH etc...LH has appeared Only on CSI: Las Vegas. According to the "Dislike an LV Character thread" and Destiny, we can talk about disliking the Janitor on CSI. :guffaw:Why? Because he's on CSI.

Even gilsgal sees this as a LH/SS debate, though when you bring in Grissom it becomes shippy. Therefore it belongs in the Ship Debate.
ITA with gilsgal LH and GG have similar issues when it comes to trust. And Grissom indeed handled the situation very professionally. :)
I just love his smile in the end.

Who would I love to replace Grissom? Hands down I'd choose Cat.
I never cared for the idea of bringing another Male lead to take BP's place when he left. Why?
Do the writers have a problem with a female taking the lead role? Or what?

Again OT: When actors leave any show I wish they would keep their mouths shut! If they plan to come back, fine. Just keep it a secret and let the viewers be surprise.
Am I the only one that wants to be surprise. Don't you think it's more sweeter? I do. Besides I go straight to the threads not the Headlines on the sides. Hate those things. :scream:

Ok, enough of my rant.

    Hey BPNs! :)

Look, you come to this thread to read about BP/GG.
Instead, you ended up reading a debate.
So I apologize for going Off Topic.

I know this season has been long and boring due to the strike. But, we do see a light at the end of the tunnel.
At least the timing was right because of the Mens Basketball Tournament and CSI usually takes a 2 weeks break.

In order to kill time let's play a game with our favorite guy! :)
Let's take Gil Grissom's character and put him in one episode of any television show from the Past-to-the-Present.

Pick 5 shows and explain why Grissom is appearing in that particular show.

    I'll go first.....
I sometimes watch the X-Files eps featuring Mulder & Scully. I prefer David D. over his replacements.
Anyway, you know how weird their eps can be especially when it features bugs. And we know Grissom feels right at home with bugs.
So the X-Files would be my first show.
    I'll think of other shows.

So what do you say? Let's kill some time and see what television shows we come up with. :)

ahhh the X Files - my all time favourite TV show

And David Duchovny, my 2nd favourite actor! I didn't watch it much after he left, only the episodes he came back in! Can't wait for the new movie though.

Anyway, Grissom in another TV show:

I'll go for another great show: Dexter.

Now, that is the best Miami based TV show ;)

And being that the main character is a forensics guy, and being as he's a blood spatter specialist, surely they must see a few bugs. Griss could go there as a specialist for a gory bug n' blood scene. I think he'd suss out Dexter a bit too quickly though...

    Interesting... WPRMW... Interesting...

I'd have to plonk him into the middle of an episode of 24 I think. It would be fantastic to see his reaction to Jack Bauer saving the world at break neck speed while he breaks the case with a fingerprint, a strand of hair and a microscope!

Mmm... Jack Bauer and Gil Grissom.... together... *mind wanders off to be dirty...*

I can think of a few, I'd love to see Grissom meet Monk, especially with crime scenes and bugs and corpses, so much fun! He's already been in Without A Trace, which was awesomeness. I'd also like to see him in NCIS, do you think he and Gibbs would get on though? Prison Break... Michael, Mahone and Grissom, I think I'd spontaneously combust though!

I'd like to see him in a episode of 'House'. I'd like to see those two have a debate on ethics. Besides, a Gil Grissom-Greg House sandwich is never a bad thing!
Or on Law and Order: SVU. I 'd like to see how Grissom would handle Stablers outward emotions.

I don't do House or L&O SUV, but I can just see Griss in L&O Criminal Intent. Him and Bobby Goren out-weirding each other, that'd be fun  And a Grissom-Goren sandwich would be extra tasty, tehe.
