I liked last night's episode, but I think it's very confusing. The whole identity-switching thing, that is. I'm really confused.

Although, I wonder if anything in last night's episode had anything to do with the page Vance shredded from his file in Judgment Day, or if we'll have to wait and see if that question ever gets answered.

Good episode, though. And Tony not being over Jeanne made me "aww". :)

I agree with you racefn, I am still wondering what will happen with the file that Vance shredded in the season opener. Will Gibbs read his file? I still think that Gibbs does not trust Vance at ALL! I think that that chick Tony was talking to at the end was talking about Ziva when she said "Find the right woman". Why else would she open the elevator door at that time? She was also suggesting to Ziva that she should find someone "closer to home". When are they going to bring that guy that she has a picture of on her phone into play?

From the previous comments about the last 4 episodes maybe he's the one that will form the "triangle" with Ziva and Tony.
Wow! Just when I think this show can't get any better!!!

If anyone is expecting a new episode next week, or even a rerun in its regular time slot, you might be disappointed. I just noticed that the networks have scheduled another presidential address at that time that should last one hour. So how many does this make since he took office? 20? 30? Oh, goody. Family Guy is on TBS at that time.

I didn't see the last 10-15 minutes of Knockout due to technical issues  .

I got as far as Ducky and Gibbs discussing dinner. Is the identity switcheroo related to something Ducky found? Or should I have been focussing more on the show because I was doing homework at the same time!

It's related to something Ducky found and some things Vance said. Gibbs was shocked (well, shocked for Gibbs anyway) to find that Vance was a Marine, and had a detached retina that kept him from serving. Tyler Owens was a Marine who had no service record. So Gibbs had Ducky look for the surgery in the body and found that the corpse had surgery to repair a detached retina.

I hope that helps. :)

How many episodes do we usually get in a season with this show? And is there usually a cliffhanger or just a normal end of season episode?

Shame you didn't get to watch the last minutes Zelda. I'm gonna give you the link, so you still can watch it, sicne it aired already and it's no spoiler anymore. Let's hope I don't get into trouble with the mods. :alienblush: I'm kinda too lazy to type the whole ending part

Season 1 - 23 episodes
Season 2 - 23 episodes
Season 3 - 24 episodes
Season 4 - 24 episodes
Season 5 - 19 episodes (short season due to writers' strike)
Season 6 - tomorrow night is #19 so far

While most seasons had stand-alone episodes at the end, some story lines were continued in the season premiere.

Thanks. So we have approximately 4-5 episodes left. That's good.

I know I read somewhere that there are 26 to 28 episodes of NCIS this season. It had alot of written scripts and I know CBS said because of the new found popularity and high ratings of the show that they would have a extended season this year.

but hey...who knows. I cannot remember for the life of me where I read that.
