Karu and Asprine--> Awww it will be so perfect. I remember Melina saying she sings to her children to let them know it's time to got to bed. Her youngest child cry and rant because she talks to them (Karina and Zoe) in Greek and she sings to them in Greek too

It would be amazing any scene with Stella holding a baby and singing in Greek meanwhile Mac melts

I thiught I read somewnere that Mac will not be at the ball which means No NIT date! And as far as the fireman I am thinking it will start out as the two of them at the gala but that may be all thee is with them in the eppie because than off to the "Crime scene" with Mac! Maybe the guy asked to the gala and she felt sorry for him and since she knows him she can trust him anyway I dont think much will come from it.Also I wonder if the "Relationship" of Mac and nit will turn ugly because of Danny and Mac will defend him and Nit will whine and Mac will be like get away from me!!!

well the fireman coming back was quite annoying and i overreacted. Sorry about that. It's not the first time i do such a thing but i was upset for other things. Actually i edited a post because of that. Now everyone is thinking i am upset because of a simple character. Just a little bit but that's not all. There are other things. Some things i cannot talk about in the forum ('cause i don't want a war) but are related to the show.It's frustrating

now i am convinced i need long LONG LONG holidays so i will stay away some weeks
Next Tuesday is my last examn if i pass my examination i will be a Nurse (Auxiliary level) wish me luck

Love you all, seriously. Post pics, talk about Smacked everywhere but the main wish to you be all you happy. Live every day deeply!

Spoiler: Mac and Nit

Well, we know Mac's bosses do not like Danny. Mac said in On the Job that people had warned him not to hire Danny. In 'Raising Shane', Gerrard openly displayed his dislike of Danny. Mac may be hard on Danny at times, but he will defend him to those who try to attack him or want to hurt him (IAB in On the Job, also we learn he went against the people who told him not to hire Danny.) Stella is also very protective of him, she told Gerrard off for threatning Danny in Raising Shane. Mac's going to be reluctant to suspend Danny just 'cause the Nit tells him too...maybe we'll get to see Mac and Stell defending Danny together. Mac would always defend his team, especially Stella and Danny, against the higher ups, even if he himself is pissed at them. So if the Nit tells him to suspend Danny, there will be conflict with them.

Spoiler: Stella and the fireman at the party

LOL, guys, don't you find it funny that both times Stella goes to a party with a guy, some other guy gets murdered, and along comes Mac to work the scene? First in Stuck on You and now it seems in 5.15!

Aww! That's so sweet... and now I have the image stuck in my head, though I think that Mac would be wondering what the words mean. Stella needs to translate in a later scene. Mac needs to do something with the baby too... maybe he could speak Gaelic to the baby. The combination of Gaelic and Mac's voice would be very soothing and he'd have no trouble lulling the baby to sleep. No doubt Stella would find it very irresistible.

 

Spoiler: The ball and the nits and danny

Independently on wheter Mac goes to the ball with the nit or not, I'm sure their thing won't last, because from what Julia Ormond told us (in spoiler interviews), her character is probably going to die or something. So there's no reason to worry she-nit wise. Now regarding the he-nit I just don't know. But I have a gut feeling that Stell's going to the ball with him, and I'd love to see Mac ALONE in the ball because then he would look ate Stella dn teh Fireman dancing.... and Mac cannot dance... so he would be there sitting alone looking at Stella and the Fireman... and who knows... maybe there will be a "click" inside his head and he'll be jealous and he'll realize how much he loves Stell... awww...
About Mac defending Danny in front of the Nit, I'm not sure, because he's been so OOC lately... TPTB are crazy, I'm just not sure.

Stella is already at the ball with her "date" and Mac only arrives after being called for the crime scene (which is at the ball), so I guess Mac will have a good surprise to find out Stella is on a date... hmmm maybe we'll have a good jealousy scene indeed. maybe she'll be deadly gorgeous in a killer dress and Mac will be deadly jealous and drroling all over her...

I'm quite intrigued to see how this ep is going to play out... I'd love to see Mac get jealous when he sees Stella on a date with the fireman, that would make awesome viewing. A crime scene at the ball also intrigues me, I wonder what could possibly happen... Especially if it's a PD ball..? Anyways, I'm looking forward to it.

I thought Stella deserved something better than a date that comes along with a murder scene as a freebie. Even if the firefighter is supposed to be a good guy, starting your date out on a "homicide-ball night" does not seem like an alright start to me. Her relationship with the fireman starts out doomed already (hehe, I hope so! The sooner the he-nit is out of smacked ways, the better!)
I was re-thinking - this ball is hypothetically something big right? Well if it is,Mac should be at the ball too, right?(I mean being a prominent member of law enforcement.) Maybe he is not at the ball because he just happened to be on duty at the night of the ball (duh), otherwise he would have gone to the ball with Stella. So, PERHAPS Mac knows about Stella going to the ball with the fireman (after all all they are close friends and share ALMOST everything). Now, notice that KNOWING it is one thing, while actually SEEING HER WITH THE FIREMAN is something else totally different. That is, HE WILL REALLY BE SOOOOOOOOOOO JEALOUS WHEN HE SEES HER WITH HIM!! And even more when he sees that the fireman is young and hot. Aw yes, give me a jealous Mac....:drool::drool::drool: and it will do good for smacked, even with a he-nit.

I agree with you Rach, I think that Mac should be there too, but I supose it really isn't his thing, especially seeing as he isn't into the whole 'politics' of the office, I think a PD ball could be all of the politics, and that's probably one of the reasons Mac won't be there, also because I don't imagine that Mac would be into getting all dressed up for a night out like that. I dunno, I just get the feeling that a ball wouldn't be the kinda thing Mac would go to, I mean, maybe if he was with Stella, but I can't see him going alone or with anyone else... Just my 2 cents.

But I have a feeling that in case Stella really insisted with him he'd end up going to the ball, you know... just in order to please her and acompany her (my shipper heart wants to think thatt way... hehe) Not to say I'd love so see Mac dressed up formally in his Marine uniform escorting Stella... Awww *dreams* :drool::drool::drool: Perhaps Mac managged to be on duty just in the night of the ball so he'd have a good excuse not to go. Damn. Just in order to show up later and see Stella in a killer dress with a hot young guy.... he's gonna be soooo jealous... I expect a lot from this scene. :devil::devil::devil:

 

Oh, gosh I'd love to see Mac dressed in his Marine's uniform escorting Stella to some kind of ball, that would be like the cutest thing. :adore: I've been so lazy today, and watched 8 eps of NY... :lol: I finished watching season 1 and then watched the season 2 prem, then tonight Sex, Lies and Silicone aired here, so I watched that too... Gosh, I've been so lazy today. But I loved the scene between Mac and Stella at the end of 1.23, he was totally checking her out, when she came in wearing that black dress, she did look beautiful though, but the scene when she took off his tie was really cute. It was such a husband/wife moment. :adore: We need more of those!!

 

Steph, you're so fast!! :lol: I just reached episode 15 season 1 yesterday. I enjoyed each and every episode in season 1. They were full of Mac/Stella scenes.

Last night, Debbie and I talked about Mac and Stella.. It was fun and hilarious as we talk about the fireman and Mac/Stella. Debbie was being optimistic, she looked on the bright side. :thumbsup:

Debbie said Mac's heartache might not be because of Gillian but caused by Stella and that Fireman. We might even get to see a jealous Mac and maybe a jealous Stella too.. Vice versa for the both of them. :devil:

:lol: Well, I had nothing better to with my time, so I spent it watching NY. It was a nice way to spend it, I had to admit, lots of very cute Smacked moments. Oh, gosh, the scenes with Stella and the baby in 1.21, are the cutest, the whole time, I was just imagining her and Mac with a baby, it would be the sweetest thing, she'd make a great Mommy. :adore: Oh, and the tie scene in 1.23, even if Mac was going for a date with another woman, and Stella with another man, they looked as if they were going out together, the way she came into his office all dressed, and the way they looked at eachother, then the when she asked him if he liked it. :adore: Soooo cute!! Then she tied his tie, and put her hand on his cheek, it made me melt. :adore: We definitely need more scenes like that between them. *Hints at TPTB.*
