Perhaps cutting off a bit more of Grissom's face, or downsizing the image to fit better would make it more appealing. 03- Really unique but the center really could use a bit more sharpening and contrast. Also, I'm not sure if the large black border on the bottom is supposed to be that thick, but it looks like it just stops halfway up, making it a bit choppy. If that's part of the texture then not really your fault but yeah. 11- The colouring makes Grissom look a bit sickly. It's a strange combination of green and pink that doesn't compliment the icon. Best 09- Lovely colouring! The crop and the text are placed perfectly and the background really draws one to the subject. Good job. 10- Another lovely colouring. It's soft on the eyes and the faded text (not sure if it's part of a texture) adds that something extra. Great job everyone.

Also there didn't seem to be much cropping or textures or brushes added 15 - cropped too much of Grissom off Best 7 - excellent cropping, nice colour contrast of the background, nice sharpened image 18 - love the "cloning"

Least: #7- It looks too grainy #13-The text is unreadable and out of place #11- The coloring is weird-too much pink and green Best: #14- Nice and simple icon- Nice coloring and crop, and the name is readable and placed nicely. #15- Nice coloring and crop.

Least: 09 - it's too blurry and light behind is unnecessary, the same with text. 03 - orange is too intensive. 04 - I really like idea and colours but it's too blurry. Best: 16 - for me perfect one, I like this cropping and colours. 06 - I like dead colours and here it fits perfectly.

Least: 12 - not enough contrast and a bit too plain for my taste 10 - I like the idea and the background, but Grissom fades too much into it because of the chosen coloring 04 - great style, but oversharpened Best: 14 - just great: coloring, blending, use of text = love it 01 - same here: good combination of everything! Phew, this was hard. Again: great work EVERYONE!
