Well, press releases are often full of mistakes, but it looks like they kept Henry as the name for Don and Sam's dad. (But hey, maybe they won't actually say his name on the show, and we can pretend he's Don Sr. :p)

Hard hitting spoilers from TVGuide.com ;)

How badly will Lindsay be injured on this week's CSI: NY? — Shelly
ADAM: Lindsay will suffer a blow that keeps her in a hospital bed for virtually the entire episode. (Danny and little Lucy adorably keep near-constant vigil at her bedside.) But don't worry: Lindsay will be back on her feet by episode's end. However, as the recently shot Mac proves in the same hour, sometimes healing from traumatic experiences can be a long, frustrating process.

Not sure that Lindsay's husband and child being by her beside when she's injured is actually a spoiler. The Mac stuff may prove to be interesting.

ETA: I just Tweeted the writers to ask about Flack's father's name. They only way they could spin this and have it be even remotely believable is if they are named "Henry Donald or Don-whatever Flack" and both go by Don. And that is a stretch.

I have to admit, when I was able to tweet to Zachary, I did think about asking him about Flack's name and about Mac being a detective in '92 but I figured the episode has already been shot so I didn't.

The "real" spoiler was that she would be hospitalized but okay by the end of the episode. The part about Danny and Lucy was supplementary information which the spoiler guy probably included for added effect.

I stand corrected. Not sure that Lindsay being OK is actually a spoiler. It's like saying Mac would live at the end of last season. Obvious.

Odd that a recurring actor like Alex Carter who has been on CSI for ages is doing a guest spot on NY.

You're dead right! I'm wondering what they were thinking when casting him for a guest spot. It would be different if he had a guest appearance as Vartann, but this is like actor recycling.
