Three weeks until the next episode! That is torture!

Are you serious? After how many weeks of repeats? Yeesh! I figured after the Superbowl, we'd get at least one new episode. Of course they do have only 19 episodes to stretch out till May.

10.19 Spoilers

• This is going to be an explosive and dramatic season finale of CSI Miami.

• Elizabeth Clark is found dead with her head in a box sent to Delko.

• A star witness against the corrupt law firm ends up dead under Delko’s watch.

• The Department of Justice conducts a full investigation of the alleged corruption – "who is in the payroll of the law firm?". They are also set to break up the CSI team when one of them allegedly tampered with evidence.

• One of the regular CSIs will be reassigned as a result of this investigation.

• There is a Delko & Calleigh non-working moment. It’s hard to say though if they are back together but if they are still not – they are definitely heading that direction.

10.19 - "Fractured"

~ Calleigh is under the impression that Delko is still "seeing" Elizabeth Clark. In the locker room, he corrects her, noting the two haven't seen each other since Esteban's hearing. It appears Calleigh has something else on her mind, but she distances herself, telling Eric that she'll call later.

~ Sam Owens' mismanagement of evidence is brought into question. Horatio walks into the lab to discover a special agent in one of the rooms. He's taken aback, and asks her what she's doing. The Oversight Commission has asked her to conduct a full investigation since one of the CSI's under Horatio's watch allowed it to happen.

~ Events from 10.08, "Dead Ringer," come back into play. Elizabeth Clark's head arrives in autopsy with Delko, Horatio, Loman, and Calleigh all present. Loman asks them to leave and Delko starts to choke up. Delko's actions don't sit well with Special Agent Anita, and the result is rather shocking...

~ I see a mention of Natalia, but there's not much to go on.

So Sam is the one who messes up evidence (again)?

And is Eric the one who is reassigned because his actions regarding Elizabeth's death don't sit well with the agent? Is that what the shocking result is? I wonder what his actions are? Does he go after Esteban to avenge Elizabeth?

Thanks Vegaslights, fanilowchick and Cherie!
Oh my God, so I was waiting the whole season for one EC scene with unsure result? Don't know if I should be happy or not really. If they will be back together in that episode it will be Eric that will get reassigned, only to add an extra drama, because as we know this couple never had any.
Besides - the episode sounds promosing and I'm glad that EC relationship will be addressed at least.

So it looks like now only one member of the team will be reassigned, not the entire team? Also, Ryan hasn't been mentioned in the finale. Either that means he has a surprise part that they don't want to reveal or else he isn't in it. I am going to be very unhappy if the latter is true.

CSI: MIAMI Episode 10.19 "Fractured"

STORY LINE: In this season 10 finale, Horatio vows to battle the bureaucrats when the Department of Justice moves in to break up the CSI unit.

O, Gosh:eek:
Looks like Sam is really a mole (or just a moron? Spoil two evidences in one season - that's great!)

And Delko messed up... again... or, please, give him a break!
Why if things have gone wrong it's always Eric who's responsible for? Why it can't be anybody else for a change?:scream:

It does look as if there will be only one CSI reassigned.
As far as Ryan, I think it means nothing more than he wasn't mentioned in the spoiler, something may be coming later.
If there happens to be a surprise, I hope it's not a negative shocker.
Walter isn't mentioned either.
