Yay! Does anyone in this forum aside from me watch this comedy series? Feel free to comment about the show, episodes, characters or anything about MF. I'll come later for a better intro. :)
 
Well heck yeah! :lol: I watched it all last season and am getting the DVDs! Funniest thing on TV. I hope it doesn't go to their heads this season and they change things. They should keep on the way they have been. That's what made them so successful!
 
Great! :) I just started with it this summer along with TBBT. I love this show - 30 minutes of hilarious moments especially Cam and Mitchell, and Gloria's outrageous accent! I love it when she overreacts! :lol:
 
One of the best shows on TV.
Ty Burrell is a comic genius.
Mitchell and Cam are hysterical. Even Lily is funny, though she is mostly just a prop. I loved the Diana Ross wig last season. :lol:
And, of course, Manny's the Man!

Comedies are so dependent on the characters and the casting. Some one really got this show right!
 
Love this show. There are really only 2 sitcoms I watch and this and Cougar Town are conveniently back to back!

I was a little disappointed by the season opener- thought I'd be laughing more. The sene in the old station wagon near the end was hilarious though! :lol:
 
You can add me to the list of people who love this show. I wasn't sure about it at first, but it really grew on me. Now I can't get enough of it :D

I agree! The cast made this show. It's perfect. They just blend together very well.

It was hilarious! I wonder how many takes it took them to perfect that scene. Maybe only one - the cast is talented.

Me too! The pilot was just okay with few funny moments. I decided to stick around because of the crazy family tree the characters have. Then, it grew on me after episode 2.

"He blew his lid...when she tried to contain him."

"Two problems with that. One: Gays don't high five. Two: Gays don't high five."

"You don't like Kiss-Buggy?"

"Look who needs me now, Mr. Hot Dog Fingers Can't Press Print Without Hitting Three Extra Keys."

"I'm standing here with shoes around my neck, and for the better part of a half hour I screamed the death out of your meat. What do you want from me?!"
 
I've been hooked on the show since the beginning. It's definitely not experiencing a sophomore slump. Ty Burrell really is the best thing about this show. He's over the top, yet believable as an idiotic, yet lovable dad.

For me that was the most hilarious part of the episode! :lol: I also like the surprise wedding at Cam and Mitchell's house and Phil's porn issues!!!
 
Last night's episode, 'Earthquake,' is pretty good! The funny moments are mostly on Phil and Claire's home - the cabinet, Luke giving Claire a soda, and the remote control. Not enough of scenes for Gloria. I'm not a fan of Manny. I think he's a little bit annoying.

I was disappointed in the earthquake episode. :( I only laughed out loud when Luke ran into the wall. :lol: It all sounded funnier when I told my friends about the episode the next day tho. Maybe on a repeat I will like it better. :)
