Male: Tim Speedle. I like rugged men. He's got a unique sense of humor, he's kind of flawed in appearance and not so perfect in his work, which I think makes him human. It's not like he's planning to mess up or corrupt very important crimefighting rules. He's just naturally a little careless, like not cleaning his gun. If he'd lived, he'd be like the least shady crime fighter ever compared to some of his colleagues. He prefers riding motorcycles over cars and likes Kurt Cobain. If anything, he's not out to destroy or mess up the MDPD anymore than himself. I like his laid back presence when he's on the job, even when he wants to protect a porn star, deal with a crazy model with a nice manicure, try to help a suicidal CSI wannabe, or arrest a loudmouth's "cheap Tequila pushing ass..." Man, I miss Speedle.
Female: Maxine Valera. Funny, witty, lively. What's not to like? I like that she's sensitive when she finds herself in trouble, like being accused of being the mole or something having to do with a rape victim's identity. It shows that she cares a lot about her job, apart from her sunny personality and nice hairdos.
