Tink, Karin Slaughter is a great author :) hope you enjoy the book ;)

I'm reading The Silver Pigs by Lindsey Davis at the moment. Yup, another historical fiction novel with ancient Rome as the backdrop, but it's a bit too much of a light read for me. The plot is interesting, but I've enjoyed other novels of a similar genre more. I usually like something with more depth that is more involving.

Karin Slaughter is a masterful writer, I personally think you should read her books in order.

I'm reading Fatal Voyage by Kath Reichs, it's a good book. Plane crashes make interesting settings for a novel I think.

Currently reading "To The Lighthouse" by Virginia Woolf
I love her style of writing. I've already read lots of her short stories and keep re-reading them because they're so amazing and intense that I always feel like reading them for the first time.
Apart from that I mostly read fanfic though ;)
And when I don't feel like reading english I work through my collection of Günter Grass who is the best german writer ever.

I am currently reading "Wedding Chic" by Nina Willdorf. It's the third wedding planning book I've read now, and thus far the best- it gives tons of money saving tips, average prices, and educates you on exactly what you're paying for.

I read at the moment * The Sinner * by Tess Gerritsen.

Medical Examiner Maura Isle, a woman who prefers the company of corpses to the emotionally threatening world of the living. As in all thrillers, there are love interests who are close to the case and lots of surprises in the mysterious and hideous multiple murders of nuns....

Is really great book ! ;)

I totally agree, she is an excellent writer. I'm really enjoying her books. :) So far I've only read the Grant County books, I started 'Blindsighted' first of all, since then I've been hooked. I also agree with reading them in order, it's so much better. :D

I am reading Mario Puzo's The Godfather The Lost Years written by Mark Winegardner. It's good. It explains what happens between the films.
