Up's - My boss told me today that his going to give me a pay rise! My second up was losing 1lbs even though I've been so bad this week.

Down - A customer was really horrible to me earlier today.

Up: It's the perfect day outside. Grandmother's Birthday. Fatty is in a good mood and Jon's not home.
