If we're talking "all time" then TV's Greatest Couples have to include Mulder and Scully from "The X-Files" and Remington and Laura from "Remington Steele" (IMHO, Remington and Laura had much better chemistry than Maddie/Dave in the similarly-themed "Moonlighting" of the same era).
If we're talking couples on current TV shows that we'd like to see get together, I'll go with Mac/Stella as my number one choice. Also, I guess, Charlie/Amita on "Numb3rs" and Brennan/Booth on "Bones".
And here are some couples from a few *VERY* shortlived TV shows that I wish would have gotten together but the shows didn't last long enough for them to do more than share a few lingering glances and sexual innuendos: Jake/Diane from "Jake 2.0" and Austin/Michelle from "Probe."
