My favourite TV couples are Doug Ross and Carol Hathaway from ER, Jack Bauer and Audrey Raines from 24 and Buffy Summers and Angel from Buffy The Vampire Slayer.
 
Sawyer and Claire (Lost): Don't ask me why, but those two should be together.

Nick and Sofia (CSI): I thought that they made one hell of a team so they could be a great couple.

Dean and Jo (Supernatural): Why didn't they hook up????
 
Sam & Jack (Stargate sg1) - Screw rules and regulations!
Michael & Grace (LA Law) - Cant believe writers broke those two up. Atleast the movie rectified this.
Izzy & Denny (Greys) - They would of had beautiful rich babies.
Will & Deanna (Startrek: TNG) - First couple I ever shipped.
Luka & Abby (ER) - Luby Rocks
Mulder & Scully (X-Files) - Although I did wonder what Scully & Skinner would be like.
Martin & Sam (WoAT) - He's hot, she's hot. Where's the logic? :confused:
Gil & Cath (CSI) - Ying & Yang. Sara doesn't exist in my head. lol.
Eric & Calleigh (Miami) - There is no justice in the world if these two don't get together.

Gil & Cath (CSI) - I need these 2 to get it on, they already act like a married couple and Billy and Marg have so much chemistry, I really wish it would happen.
Mike & Susan (Desperate Houswives) - They break up and make up, when they finally got married, it made me so happy, but the season 4 finale has ruined my hopes for them...
Bree & Orson (Desperate Housewives) - They are so cute together, they are the perfect match.
Charlie & Maggie (Casualty [British series]) -I wish these 2 would get together, they are kinda the Gil & Cath of Casualty, they have been friends for years, and have great chemistry, but nothing romantic has happened between them.
