I noticed that on the back of the LV they have House of Hoarders listed as 11x06 when it's ep 5
 
On all of the box-sets (Seasons 1-11) they are coded by the order they're filmed, not the order they're aired... so although it was aired as "11x05" (and as such is the fifth episode on the boxset) it was filmed sixth (so has the production code 11x06) :p There are a few episodes like that in Season 11.

What are the deleted scenes about for LV? and from which episodes?

I love that CBS has started putting deleted scenes on their DVD sets this year. I hope we get to see lots of them! I hear the Hawaii 5-0 set has deleted scenes for almost every episode. I hope that's the case here!
 
Have we ever had deleted scenes on the Miami DVD's? I don't think so :(

I can't wait until they come out in stores! I'm going to wait until the price goes down a little to buy but in the meantime, I just want to touch it :D
