Thanks for it i wish i could make some like that but im not that creatif, or im more stupid because i dont know how to use the programs, i just dont get it and understand it so i will hang on our wallpaper creations who are beautifull.. I use Adobe Photoshop, but others may use Paint Shop Pro, or Adobe Imageready Glad ya like. I think I like tha tone too.

I googled for the tape. The bullets were posted as photoshop brushes in a brush community @ Live Journal.
