I don't know who you see here, but I see Mac. It could be Stella, but I think he's usually the one who conceals his feelings the most. So, all in all Mac knowing he loves her and not daring do anything about it but pretend they're "just friends" because he's afraid of screwing up what they already have.

I just thought of one. This was inspired by a scene from the season 4 episode "Down The Rabbit Hole". The scene: At the beginning of the episode where Mac is out jogging at night cause he can't sleep.
