I haven't been keeping up on spoilers for NY ( I know bad M/S shipper :rolleyes: :eek:)
But I think is appropriate. After all Mac and Stella have been through. This song is mainly from Mac's POV after he lost Claire and how he's afraid to love again.

Gio---> This is definitive a Smacked song!!!!!!! It's 7.15 in the morning and i am watching Recyling (and the unofficial date at the end) and Mac all smiling, without a tie and Stella making a comment on that. It describes perfectly what Stella menat to him. She was his angel who helped him in times of sorrow and pain and who helped him to be back alive

Heee.. I just got Nickelback's new album.. Dark Horse.. Found this song quite meaningful for Mac and Stella. When one of them is hurt, the other would hold another till the pain is gone. :) And someone is coming between them? *Sighs* Never will they be alone~!! Mac will be there for Stella! and Vice versa..

Mac and Stella? Well, I don't know how to explain because their love is inexplicable and unexplainable. I think this is what they thought about each other. They tried to look into each others eyes and read between the lines of what they've said. And they'll never love another.

I think this song sums up a lot of what we've been talking about over on the Smacked thread - how Stella can date as many guys as EP want, but Mac is the one who'll always be there and always love her, and the same goes for Mac and his various women. - 'They may be good for you/But they'll never care for you/The way I do' Also I think the song reflects the doubts they may have about getting involved, wondering if each other feel the same.
A while back I posted the song 'Sometimes When We Touch' by Dan Hill, and there's a line there that made me think of what Melina said about Mac and Stella having a 'brother-and-sister-but-not' relationship -

But then the passion flares again'
- They are like that, more than brother and sister. So much more.
And there is so much passion between them even when they are supposedly 'just friends'.

Okay I was looking for songs this evening and I came across a song that is absolutely perfect for Mac and Stella. I'd heard it before but it wasn't until I read the lyrics that I realized "Oh my gosh, this is perfect". I really hope this hasn't been done. I don't have time to check through all 20 pages.
