Deb, I really like Toby Keith, but I've never heard that song before. But looking at the lyrics, it sounds so very SMACked.

Here's a song I love. I think it's from Mac's POV and it's about how he hasn't really been there for her, but he wishes he had been and he's going to try to be there.

Squee! Yesterday, finally, my long-awaited Amaral acoustic concert arrived. Man, aren't they great. So, yet another two songs by them -none of them sung yesterday, but oh well- that fit Mac an Stella and can be put together telling a story. Number one: Stella is nervous and hesitant, drinking Corona beer at a bar to get the nerve to explain her feelings to Mac. She does, Mac reciprocates and... number two! Acoustic live versions of the songs, because they're much cooler than the album versions: song one and song two (go to 0:20 or so).
