i have an abysinnian cat named pixie. the little munchkin in my avatar right now is her. shes 14. no ones been on this thread in a long time, but i went searching for it because as i sit here surfing my cat is asleep on the couch next to me snoring away! anyone else have any strange pet stories?
my pix has these catnip stuffed toys, we call them her 'stuffed animals' (one looks like a spider, but most of them are like knitted tubes) and sometimes when my brother or i are not home she sleeps with them. ive come home to find her asleep on a blanket hugging her toy between her arms and resting her head on it! soooooo cute. also, if she gets really pissed off she walks around with them in her mouth and meows. it makes a really weird noise. you can always tell if she has it in her mouth!

I have two dogs- one is a boy and one is a girl. The boy is a miniature poodle and the girl is a chow/lhasa-ahapso (no idea how to spell that) mix. Here's a pic of the girl, I don't have one of my other dog on the computer:

I have two dogs both labs but 1 is part Collie (we think) the older 1 is 12 while the younger 1 is 3

I have had three cats: Mystic-she was a Siamese Farm Cat(very mean)Passed away in 01-spinal disease
Peaches-13 year old Domestic Shorthair (passed away in 03-Diabetes)
Sosa-Domestic Shorthair male Tabby cat( 1st and only tabby cat I have seen with more than 3 colors in his fur)
Unforunatly since my second Cat, I have been allergic to cats, so Sosa had to be taken back to the Humane Society, but I don't know where he is now. (and I kind of don't want to know)It's kind of a sad story.

^^ Aww. I have two nosiy lovebirds, Scuttle and Zazou (from the Disney movies!) and a monster-like dog, Oscar. He's the size of a bread of loaf.

i love all the pet`s (dog, cat or...) and all animals too. may be because my father is veterinary . i grow up with love toward them. hate when someone hurt them. it`s is so understanding for me. a was have a dog -2 and cat -3 but now don`t have. in the stree where i live i feed one without-home dog. hi si big, nice and love me hehhe his name is Rufas

my cat likes to go outside in the summer and lounge on the hot rocks. unfortunately when the sun comes in through the windows in the winter she gets a little confused and thinks its warm outside. this weekend she was meowing at the back door so much i gave in, put her harness on, and let her outside. it was about 2 or 3 degrees celsius so i thought shed be ok for a few minutes. she went right up to her usual spot on the pool deck.
but not even 5 minutes later she was at the back door again. once i let her in i didnt even have enough time to take her harness off before she ran over to curl up on the hot air register to warm up. do you think she learned her lesson? no. because the next day she was at the door again meowing to be let out. shes just getting senile in her old age i guess.

Hey guys since most of us has some type of pet I found this site that mostly deals with spay/neuter and sells items but the humor part is really funny and I think it applies to most if not all pets.
