I remember him from SVU aswell, probably because I have the first season on DVD, and I loved his character, he was hilarious!

I do not believe this. September 8 passed by and nobody wished David Lee Smith a happy birthday. Sure, we hate his character, IAB Sergeant Rick Stetler. But don't hold the actor responsible for his actions in the scripts. Let's wish him a belated happy 43rd birthday.

Belated Happy Birthday David Lee Smith. I love Stetler! Well, in the sense that he is a great and interesting character that brings a bit of conflict to the show and his scenes with Horatio are just fab! :devil:

I hope we see him back in Season 5. :)
 
Happy Birthday David Lee Smith, I don't like his scenes with Horatio but Stetler is an interesting character like you said Lucy lol :)
