That episode with jealous!nick was actually the episode that made me see the light. I thought that it was very telling that Nick was so antsy about Greg talking about sex, and I was like "hmmmm.... maybe they are doing it." It is kinda one of my favorite episodes...

Yeah Nick did not like his man talking to the new girl about what he likes or does in the bedroom, even though she may not know they are a couple. :lol: I still can't wait to see some moments with the three of them in the office. I hope TPTB take advantage of some fun scenes with them all in the office. Of course I rather just see Nick and Greg in the office having their own "office party" or christening the office and the desks. Oh...that could make some good fanfic.

I'm unhappy about some behaviors in this forum and I'm going to share something with you.

I was unexpectedly called out of town, due to the death of my 31-year-old niece. Her mother, my sister, almost died. I and other family members went through absolute hell.

So you see, I realize, what is important in life. It's family. It's friends. It is NOT pretend characters who are a figment of a writer's imagination. Nick and Greg will never shag each other or other men or ladies or whatever. Because they are not REAL!

Why are you fighting over this? Why are you being nasty to fellow human beings just because they are dreaming of a different pairing? Is it so important that you are right? Does it matter in the larger scheme of things? Truly?

Trust me, it doesn't. I love various TV shows and am attached to various characters. But I always realize that THEY ARE NOT REAL and certainly, not worth fighting over with people who are real.

I see the avatar bit. You know who you are. The behavior stops now. Fun is good, but taunting and trolling are not. If you wish to lose avatar privileges, keep it up. My tolerances for infantile behaviors is nil.

This is NOT aimed at those who can behave, and discuss their favorite pairings without being jackasses.

Life is short people. Trust me. One car accident, one bad behavior, one stroke (did I saw that at the same time of the first death, that my 23-year-old niece from my OTHER sister had a stroke? And she is pregnant?) and game over.

Think about it. Is it REALLY worth fighting over? Aren't there better things you can be doing?

Step back in this forum now, look at YOUR behavior and amend it accordingly if it needs to be amended. This goes for ANY of you who are acting improperly. Quit tattling on other posters and pointing fingers and step away from this Internet if you find yourself getting angry over make-believe people.

You'll be better for it. If you're getting angry, you're too emotionally invested. Back away and regain some perspective before jumping back in. Greg and Nick don't matter worth a hill of beans. None of the characters do. They're fun, they're cute, hot, etc. but at the end of the day, they're just words on a script played by actors being paid to pretend that they are these people written.

Firstly, sorry to hear about your loss Tbonz, it's terrible to lose someone at anytime but at such a young age as well, very tragic.

Secondly, my mind is in Gutterville and I can't (won't?) get out! Just imagining the boys christening their desks and everything else in that office :drool:, if walls could talk eh?

And yeah, cool observation about Greg being the one to talk about sex (almost) the most on the show and Greg also being the one to bring it up almost always when Nick is around. I guess he just can't help himself! One of their first ever encounters did revolve around anal :devil: swabs if I remember correctly:lol:. Greg let Nick know straight away eh?:lol: But Nick being more closeted than Greg and perhaps a little prudish too perhaps, didn't pick up on it right away...

I'm all for christening the office :devil:! Hope there will be some fics soon! It's only a matter of time til Riley walks in on them ... although I have to admit as much as Greg would like to christen it properly Nicky would go all the way, making out though ... no way he can avoid making out with Greg! :devil:

The last episode we had was the one with Lady Heather and the scene that mirrors the scene in the Torchwood episode "Sleeper". Seabird, damn those pictures of Nickky in the closet are just so..well..telling. Yeah I'm also with you lot, Greg has a very dirty mind and he loves nothing better than to embarrase Nicky. Greg has a sense of humor and he knows where the line is and he knows where to stop!


Something has just came to me! Can't remember which season but I think 5, Greg in training? Brass calls Greg holmes? and Sara sherlock? or something like that.

Well Nick is with Catherine and investigating death of two people who had cosmetic surgery and drinking urine. Well it just occured to me, that when Nick turned to Catherine and asked her something about pills and would they work, she thought that he was hinting that she took them... But, I'm thinking that he was considering taking that to impress Greg!

Also thanks to Seabird- the other picture where Nick is biting his lip and Greg looks down... Well thats also telling and possibly saying that they're flirting heavily with each other, and like to play.

Oh my a jealous Nicky in the closet- nine years of CSI i believe lol.

The sharing of Grissom's office is probably one of the high points of S9 so far. there have been moments, looks, glances, some cases worked together. Nick getting jealous over Greg and Riley's joking around about sex toys... there are more but I can't think right now.

Okay folks, CSI is soon to kick off again in Australia, and I was wondering what little moments I should be looking out for. The last episode we had was the one with Lady Heather and the scene that mirrors the scene in the Torchwood episode "Sleeper". Aside from the "sharing an office" scene (which I can't wait to see), what else should I be looking out for?

You shouldn't miss "Young Man With A Horn". There are many references to Greg's love for Old Vegas, which probably will remind you of Catlover's series "Greg Sanders Private Dick".

Also in this episode, we see that Greg is the first person Nick mentions Warrick to. It's a powerful scene that showes that Nick really trusts Greg and their exchange of looks is....:drool: They can say so much without talking...People called it "the old married couple look":

Also Greg was wearing a very tight pants that showed "evidence" that he was ready for HAL-lelujah! :devil: (ask Stokes4Me, she knows )

Nick and Greg- are just like married hetrosexual couple. Who's to say that they haven't been together for nine years. Thats a lot of intimacy.

I am sure as well that the actors really enjoy working together.

To the question of Nick's jealousy, I'm not sure if he'd be jealous, but I do think that it creates an interesting dynamic (and much fanfiction potential) making Riley very similar to Greg, or at least to an earlier Greg. I can definitely see Riley playing an important part in Greg's life in helping him find the fun side of himself again.

Personally, I totally love the office sharing arrangements. There will always be plenty of time when Riley isn't there.

I have a question. What do you think would be the biggest causes of tension in their relationship? Personality conflicts because Greg is more flamboyant and extroverted, while Nick is a much more private and work-oriented person; one person putting in more effort; one person having a pet peeve; etc.? People have talked about the issue of coming out of the closet plenty (and I loved Katlynn888's take on what they would have to do if they were both out), but what do you guys think are some of the more normal and universal couple issues that Nick and Greg would have?

Also, anybody got any evidence of Greg's aforementioned readiness for HAL (I believe in 'Young Man with A Horn')?

I LOVE that scene! In the first pic, the boys really seem they're about to kiss...*sigh* In the third one, Nick is clearly SO smitten by Greg.... And in the last one, I can see Greg drawing H.A.L all over the glass board! :lol:
