From what I've read, whatever is on paper is exactly what will go to production; right now, they can't change a line while the writers are on strike. It seems they have scripts throughout this year till next February.

CSI: 13 of 22 scheduled episodes are expected to be ready

And if the scene at the wedding chapel is played out as we wish ;), I think it will be a huge step forward and we'll have a lot to thank to the actors and writers *crosses fingers*
 
Damnit! I have bad theories now about the chapel scene, y'all. T.T Sometimes, I really hate myself.

For Thanksgiving, I think the boys will go to Greg's parents place and have a nice, big dinner; just the four of them. And Papa Olaf of course, cuz in my world, he lives forever. XD And then for Christmas, they go to the ranch and stay with the Stokes; and all of Nick's sisters, brother, nieces and nephews come over and they have a good ol' time! Sounds like a fic... hmmm.

*kicks writers* Sillies.

I would LOVE a real Thanksgiving episode, meaning that we got to see what they all do. I'd love it if they worked but met up at the diner for turkey for breakfast even.

In my mind, Greg's parents are on a cruise in Europe and Nick had to work and couldn't fly to Dallas, and they'd go to Catherine's house because Lily cooked dinner. With Greg having a *relationship* with Lily, I think that's very plausible now!

I didn't notice the plaid fashionista similarities until I saw those photos here. Fun!

Here's to hoping the writer's strike doesn't impact 8x11 being on schedule.

Maggs~ Club Zodiac! When I first read that I about had a small heart attack. Seriously! *feels all special and cool now* :lol: Yes, I definitely enjoyed that chapter. A lot.

I guess the one good thing about this strike is that the writers CAN'T go back and change the script, like for the chapel scene, right? And since they're already shooting it as is, it's got to happen that way. We may have our big moment of the season, you guys! Though, I can't help but wonder a couple of things about this potential scene... like what the boys will say, if anything. And you know Nick, he's nothing if not Mr. Polite. And Greg... well, he's just Greg. XD I can see him nudging Nick and saying something like, "Yeah, we'll definitely do that, right sweetie?"

Oh, that would make my LIFE.
 
Actually I could see Nick saying something and leaving Greg just standing there stunned. I say stunned since I'm going on that either that they may not be together or have been dating causually and they havent been exclusive. Nick would say, " We definately will and he *pointing to Greg* will be the beautiful bluhsing bride." :)

But anything subtexty will make my day!!!! hehehehe
 
Hi guys, long time no talk, I know. I just figured I'd drop by to say hi.

Wojo- I LOVE that spoiler! I nearly screamed when I read it! Well, no, I take that back... I did scream! lol.

After seeing all the evidence, I think they've been together for a long time. Now, maybe it's been casual, and maybe it's been more, but with all that evidence, I dunno, them being together all this time is screaming at me.
And both ideas for that chapel scene could happen. I would love either one. They would both make my day! The only thing I keep thinking about with that scene is that gay marriage is illegal there...so, what would that mean? I'm still optimistic, but what if the guy really meant them with their girlfriends? Unless he only hands them one card, rather than two? Or... if he meant with their girlfriends and something slips like the two suggestions above? That would be funny too!
Ah, long live the love! And it's back to my novel! ttyl!
 
Great spoilers. More scenes with Nick & Greg means that you talented authors have more to work with. Super Great !! Sorry that I have not been here in a while. What strike are you refering too? Please do not tell me George got sacked again
 
The writers for TV and movies are on strike because they want more money, they have been on the picket line since Monday. So that works in our favor since the lines won't be changed - I hope.

I just hope this season gets better for our guys, working together more often. I like the idea of Lilly cooking Thanksgiving dinner at Cath's place.

Is anyone excited about tonights crossover with without a trace??? I saw Nicky in one of the preview for a split second but no Greg! :( But I'm not giving up hope!!! *sigh* The more I think about th chapel epi. I cant help but smile. Even if the guy hands them both a card and meant for their g/f i really believe there will be some subtexty moments. Even if its after they leave the chapel. Maybe some comment like, "Yeah our girlfriends." *rolls eyes & says this sarcastically*

There's a picture of Greg with Catherine for the crossover over at the Spoiler Picture thread, so he is in it. Who knows for how long though. I can't wait to hear about what happens during the episode.

Ooo, I hope they don't have any line to make them look straight in the chapel scene. Just leave it as is, I say, with no mention of girlfriends. After all, if they do say something, it just means we'll have to rewrite the scene...
 
OMG, I don't want to read the spoilers, but from the looks of all you guys it looks like good news. I know it's a bit late, but after the gocart scene my mom totally thinks they are dating now, just seeing how comfortable they were with each other, and now that she knows Greg can't have Sara, I think she's more open to the possibility lol.

Buuuuut, enough about me, lol. What is this strike I've been hearing about?
 
It's the writer's strike. For ALL Tv/Movies/etc. They want more money, so they're striking. I happened about 20 years ago and it lasted 5 months. CSI probably has a good amount a scripts written because they were prepared, but things like Daytime TV (ATWT *cries*) are a little more complicated because they have to air daily.

All should be fine, I would like to think that they've learned a lot from the last one, and it'll only last a few months at the most.

The good thing is, that any script where Nick and Greg work together can't be changed! Woo!Hoo!

I'm so glad you're back for good. Maybe you and me can do a re-haul on The Greg Files.
 
Ooooh, well that could be good if the scripts can't change, but daytime tv! Oh noes... wait, I don't think I even watch any daytime tv... nevermind. Yeah, The Greg Files could use some work, lol, I haven't been on there in ages. Poor abandoned site... *tear*
