awwww Sucker *hugs*

As for the convo. for nick and greg in the chapel I think Twins and I might do. lol I'm volunteering her!!! Time will tell.

Zodiac was there something specific that made you mom realize that our boys could be together???

BTW what made you realize that there was something between them??? Was it Nick checking out Greg's tushy ??? or something b4 that??? Or have you been a fan of The Love since day one???

OTL~ Well, it started out she said something about a really feminine gay man she saw on TV or something and I go, "Well, not all gay men are like Nick." and out of nowhere she goes, "I think Nick and Greg are a couple." And I just started laughing and said, "Yeah, they're so cute together." But then my sis started screaming at us to shut up cuz she had a headache. LOL

So, basically, she put two and two together once she learned to accept that Nick's gay. But I'll have to ask her what tipped her off completely.

I have noticed their chemistry from season one, but didn't think much of it, since I was like... 12 or so at the time. And then I REALLY started to notice the flirting in S2, I mean who could ever forget that scene in 'Organ Grinder'? So obvious. So, I've always really known it was there, but haven't really started reasearching [obsessing over] it until about the last couple of years. :D And then it was just confirmed for me last year with 'Fannysmackin' and 'Post Mortem'.

So, even though TPTB will probably never make them canon, I'm not letting this ship disappear from my mind anytime soon. Oh, my... was that optimism?! *faints*

Woot! Optimism from Zodiac! Sweet! *sigh* I can't handle anything but optimism right now, otherwise... I don't want to think of the consequences. lol.

OTL- I can't wait to read that convo at the chapel!

And I think I've already said this, but for me, it was the fanfiction that got me to realize The Love. I've loved CSI since season two when I realized Eric was in it, but I was still writing for The Net and never even read CSI fic until about...what? almost two years ago now, I think. And I found some with Nick and Greg and I was like WHAT?!?! No way! But out of curiousity I read it, and fell in love...and the rest is history, as they say... lol, well, no. Then Twins pointed me in the direction of the forums and THEN I saw all the real evidence piling up from on screen, and that's when the rest became history...or... will be history once it happens! lol.

So, as Sucker said, this will be my last post for awhile I think, as I'm about to start my Wrimo novel as soon as I'm done posting and checking my email. I won't make it to any of the chats after the eps this month. Sorry guys. We've got write-ins planned for Thurs nights, so I'll have to tape the show and watch it later.

Anyway, stay optimistic and I'll ttyl! *hugs* to you all!

Stacy, I don't mind doing an RPG about the chapel scene somewhere. :D

Have you guys read this spoiler for episode 10?

According to CSI Files, "Detective Vega works the case with Catherine, Nick and Greg." Like what's been said, our boys working together AGAIN! :D

What do you guys think? :D

I'm thrilled about all the new spoilers! And maybe Wojo, you're right and Sara's absence is really good for the boys. Wow, so many episodes with the guys working cases together. And all the lovely subtext, 'cause we all know they can't stop the chemistry between them even if they tried.

I finished Where You Are yesterday and I simply can't stop thinking about it. It was amazing and I wish the writers would come up with something like that.

Wow, Zodiac, I like it that your mum believes in the love now, makes it even realer (?), doesn't it?

I can't actually remember when I knew about Nick and Greg. I was just always thinking the two look cute together and they sure like each other. Until I found a topic about them on a QaF forum and since then I was hooked. I found WMTDB and that was it. That's about two years now. And the Love is still strong for me. And according to the spoilers it will survive! To the Love!! :D

Queen, I wish you all the best for your novel. Be back soon!

Looks like season 8 is going to be very promising, just so long as it isn't a repeat of previous years where we've been promised scenes then when we get ot the actual episode the script has been changed. But we got "A La Cart", so here's hoping that we get everything else that's been promised to us.

Heh, and can't wait for the chapel. That one is going to be very amusing. With the way things look to be going, there's going to be plenty of fan vid material on the way...

Twins~ You know I'd love to do the rpg on the chapel! :)

The possbilities of that episode~ PRICELESS!!!!!:)
And with the new spoiler info. another great opportunity for great subtexty things to happen between Nick and Greg. Maybe even tonight's episode might have a little something!!! *wonders if anyone will dress up in a costume, especially our boys* :p

Oh my that was a very very funny, very good episode over all probably the best episode i've seen on Season 8! Apart from the A La Cart with Greg and Nick...

Wow that made me laugh soo much, I love Horror films and the slasher content in that episode made me a happy bunny...

Over all I shall give that episode 9 out of 10.

I guess this is where you and a I differ Candy. I didn't like the episode at all. I HATE slasher movies with a passion, and the fact that Nick, Greg, and Warrick were barely in it, or not at all, made it even worse. WAY too much Ronnie, hasn't CBS gotten the memo saying that we hated her, she should have been killed. As far as Nick/Greg slash goes, we know we have some better episodes to come, so that makes it easier to sit through episodes like this.

Sorry, Candygirl!! I wish I could agree with you, but count me in as one who hated last night's episode and immediately deleted it off my DVR. I didn't think it was funny, I thought it was really choppy with random scenes edited in, and of course it had a disappointing lack of Greg, which means not Nick and Greg moments to smile about.

Nick's line about actor's caring about their weight was funny, Greg was sweet in the locker room (all 12 seconds of him!) and I liked Wendy's movie scene, but that was it.

I did like that Greg was wearing a cheery striped shirt and smiling. It made me think that he was happy at home with Nick LOL

Nick seemed VERY calm (at least in the beginning, because I confess that I fast forwarded most of the 2nd half and might have missed him, but I don't think so, all I saw were Ronnie and Cath, so I kept speeding by). I of course attributed his calmness to his stable home life with Greg.

I think it was a good sign that the boys were both serene at the same time. Either they're loving life together or sharing good drugs! LOL

I really REALLY dislike Ronnie because it seems like they're trying to make it appear she fits in and is a great friend to our existing Rats and CSIs when she just got there, is totally vapid, and we know nothing about her (not that I care to learn anything about her). The best thing I have to say about Ronnie in last night's episode is that it appears that she's being pushed to hang with the rats more than Nick or Greg and that's a relief. I see her as way too silly/innocent to be with Nick or Greg who are forever changed by their near-death experiences.

I had a crazy week, so I havent' been online much, and then I saw the '3 line minimum' and couldn't think of enough things to say to post. I was hoping last night's episode gave us plenty to discuss, but they kept the boys apart :(

P.S. I'm finally finishing chapter 20 of The Day Before You :)

Twins- its good to have different view points and I like hearing them all..

Duh with Nick getting the normal Grissom opener, that proves he is stepping up doesn't it? I mean for the fact that for the last 8 years Grissom has had the opener, and correct me if I’m wrong Grissom has apart from the Keppler episodes always stared in the opener...

Way to go George!!!! Damn who else thought that he was mightily fine????

Yes once again his voice has changed, and I thought that it was cool that Catherine was in fact taking the lead from him... ( opps I nearly typed her LOL)

Ahh I am a very happy Lovett, because just between us lot I was beginning to feel a bit jaded with CSI... As I've been a fan now for nearly a year, season 8 had started off really badly...

When season 8 started I got it into idea, of Nick and Greg finally coming out so to speak… I got so caught up in the moment that I failed to truly enjoy the show for what it is..

Point to notice When Greg was sitting talking to Sara notice how sad he was. Also notice how stereotypically sat down like a female would crossing one leg over the other? This stance is preserved as ladylike or a gay sitting posture. Although I couldn’t find a definite proof of this, it is still a ladylike sitting position. Most western men sit with their legs apart, however gay men do tend to sit with their legs crossed at the knees.

Damn maybe i'm on my own here, but i love that episode, it was sooo fitting with the theme. Oh and people sorry but Ronnie has a bit of a backbone... Hay i like her!!!

I liked the episode but I didn't like seeing so little of Greg but he sure was fine. Nick did good being the man in charge, but my favorite part of the episode - NO GSR INTERACTION!!!! Greg's talk with Sara is leading up to th reason she's leaving, she's tired of the job. I really loved the Catherine/Dwarf scenes, they were funny. But Ronnie was just there to show off her boobs. :(

What's this about the opener?? Did the credits change? Well they will have to since Sara's leaving. So what's this about Nicky being before Grissom??

I saw Living Legend yesterday and loved the episode. Greg was so excited about this mafia boss. It's always nice to see him light up after what happened and from what I gathered he's pretty down for S7.

I always find it odd that although Nick and Greg work on the same case they never have any scenes together.

Can't wait for the S7 DVDs only a few more weeks than I can see it in the original, Nicky without his Texan accent is just not the same.

I only meant that Nick was the lead on the case, and Grissom only had one scene. Nothing to do with the credits. They have not changed yet. They will once Jorja is gone after a few weeks.

FYI- FannySmackin is on SpikeTV tonight.

Exactly and for the fact that Nick did get more of the sceenes and the opener pre credits that makes this episode really good.

No GSR!!!

That is the best bit about it, for the first time in years its not got GSR.

But for me the other episodes really havent been overal all that good, even thought Nick and Greg did have one case together. The opener was ugh horrible, the continuity was really bad. Yes we had more Greg scenes two weeks ago but hmmmmm i cant wait for next weeks episode...

Is it only me that is thinking that CSI's storylines have been weak? Or is it that i just expect for Greg and Nick to be an item everything else is clouding my judgment.

Or I have watched farrrrr toooo much CSI....
