Sorry, but there's more characters who have twice, hell, ten times the potential she has, and everyone loves them, like Tyler, Valera, Cynthia and Tripp, hell, even Paula (whose job is to take the evidence to the CSIs - so she's even stealing Paula's job). The character is a hack. If she were really needed we'd see her working every once in a while, but she doesn't, all she does is act like a teenager and look orange and piss people off.
