I did that. I PM'd someone for a critique and they gave me great feedback. This was a wonderful learning experience. Thanks Wibble for setting it up.

This part is really difficult! :(

3 - foreground a little too dark.

12 - my eyes were drawn to the cement pillars and chain fence, rather than the pretty scenery beyond.

14 - has a slightly scratched appearance.

3 - Foreground is too dark, difficult to make out the details.

17 - No main focus. Seems a bit too soft, and a bit fuzzy.

14 - Foreground is a bit too dark and there's too much of it, my attention is moreso on that than the sky and the beach.

Ok...there are 22 people doing this LPS, and only 10 votes so far?

I need more.

Anyone on this board can vote. And I think we can do better than 10 votes.

If more people don't start voting soon, I'm going to make it a rule that if you are participating in this, you have to vote.

Either that, or I lock this and we forget about it. Seriously.

1 - Image is blurry
3 - Foreground is dark
14 - Not focussed on the subject

03 - The photo is too dark in the foreground; needs a little more light
11 - The photo doesn't appear to be very sharp or in focus
13 - There is not enough subject in this photo; there is too much sky and it takes away from the rest of the photo

These were all really good photos!

15 - The focus seems "off"
3 - The foreground is too dark

1 - There's too much unnecessary foreground and the picture is blurry.
11 - The colours are a bit vague.
14 - There's a part of a house or building or something visible which is unnecessary and distracting. Also there should be more of the sea and sky in the pic.

Whew. Definately hard work...

03. The photo seems a bit too dark making it a struggle to see there what is directly in front of the photographer

15. The water beyond the grass seems out of focus and a bit blurry. I think the focus here was supposed to be on the water but the grass just grabs my attention as it is more in focus.

01. The photo is a bit blurry like the camera was jarred.

Overall, some real wonderful work you all. :D

13 - too much horizon, the rest is too dark.
12 - the hence is too much in the foreground.
20 - the foreground is too dark.
(maybe it's only my pc, but I only can see darkness)

3 - I find too dark - mainly the foreground of the image.

10 - The house doesn't give a sense of tranquility, so I think that falls under bad composition.

14 - Composition again. The house at the right side distracts from the image.

13 - The horizon was too encompassing
11 - The color was quite blurry
3 - The main part of the photo was too dark.

ok, as far in this TalkCSI LPS Challenge have some my online/board friends i too will try to join the club. ;) but first sorry wibbs if i make mistake with my 'reasons' for top 3 of least quality. (feel free to PM or edit my post). errr my english is no too good and not everything is clearl about the rules...

anyway here is my vote:

3- photo looks too dark

12 - for me the object was the sea and ships but the chains are too close on focus. my attention is 'bifurcate/split'.

15 - The water beyond the grass seems out of focus. i know that no one can stop the water for takeing more good pic, but it`s just too 'smear/daub'.
