If I set it all up, put the camara on the tripod etc could I get Mum to literally click the button? Would that be against the rules?

I have some snaps taken a couple of years ago that suit this theme and as the weather here is far from tranquil here in Bolton, England (it's currently very windy, I think I'l choose one of them. I suppose I could search for tranquility in my house but my cats are restless... they blame me for the weather! Anyway, first to eat my tea. Then choosing and PMing. Oh - I actually do have a question. I understand that no manipulation of the photos is allowed but is it OK to resize them usind Windows Picture Manager (for example)? The photos I'm looking at are currently in 1600x1200 resolution.
