15 - There just seems to be nothing done to the picture.
10 - Same as above.
04 - The text is oddly placed.

Best quality:
01 - I love the music notes!

Least quality:
21 - Good quote idea, but the actual picture of Archie himself doesn't really look like it's had anything done to it, and there's too much white behind the text.
15 - Doesn't look like anything's happened to the picture. That can be hard to do without textures but it's still missing something.
22 - It's either too over-sharpened, or not blurred enough. Plus it looks like there were a few too many colour burn layers.

Best quality:
09 - Making it black and white with the red behind the text and lots of contrast really makes it stand out from the rest of them. Instead of colouring it more, you took the colour completely out and made it different.
05 - Love the font. :)

07: Icons looks a little too faded and the text could have had an effect to make it stand out more, it's kind of blending with the background.
10: It seems that nothing was really done to the picture.
11: Icon's too small.

Best:

04: Love the effect the text has.
13: Nice coloring on the blood and good choice of text, some people don't realize that simple text looks best in some ocasions.

9- love the way the white, covers the red, and the red to the black. Very nice.
4- I like the way the background is faded and the light around Archie that almost looks like a glow

Okay, I just need to pop in here for a second. I'm not going to ask anyone to change their votes, but...

I don't think that the size of an icon is a legitimate reason to vote against it, unless you honestly feel that it reduces the quality of the icon.

16 - it looks like you just cropped it and desaturated it .. sorry
01 - it's a bit blurry , and even though I like the idea of the music notes, I don't think it fits ..

best quality:
09 - the text, cropping and placement and all .. ! I really like it !
13 - I really like the coloring, nice and natural, and the cropping is great and also the text is wonderfull ! nice placement and concept !

good job everyone though !!

02 - It's blurry and the colouring seems a bit to yellow.
21 - The picture doesn't look like a lot was done to it, and there is to much white...
01 - Not a very good crop.

04 - Overall nice icon, I like the glowy effect and the text
06 - Nice colouring and text, fits nicely together

01 - The crop isn't the best and the music notes don't go well with the icon.
16 - I like the b/w effect but Archie's face is too dark
11 - The red is too intense which draws the attetion away from Archie and only to the blood

04 - Love it!
09 - Great b/w effect, the icon is still clear and sharp and I like the brush under the text.

22 - It's a little oversharpened.

04 - Overall, it looks great, I like the effect and the positioning of the text.
12 - It's really simple yet effective, the colouring looks great.

18 - Archie is too bright for the image. Too much contrast.
17 - I don't love his red face.

01 - Love the music notes.
09 - Love the combination of B&W with the text on it.

21 - Too much text, overpowers the image
10 - looks like a simple crop, not really creative.
11 - Red is too vibrant, takes away from the rest of the image.

12 - Great effect and softening of the image
