Supernatural #4: STILL No Chick Flick Moments

March 11 thru April 8 will be repeats (thus a 5-week hellatus)

A five week hellatus so soon after the ten week one? :( I hope this time they actually air the "Two and a half Men" episode since I haven't gotten to see all of that cause of the dumb vcr that ate the tape lol. during the nine week reruns, I think they aired every episode but that one LOL.

Let's hope that it's not the last season :( :(
I know. If it goes then I won't have any supernatural type scripted shows to watch anymore lol.

Has anyone heard anything about if there's going to be a second season online of Ghostfacers?

*keeps fingers crossed* :(

In the episode titled "And then there were none", Samuel unfortunately returns [to help Bobby and the boys on a hunt for "Mother of All"'s latest monster] along with Gwen. Samuel and Bobby will get into a big argument about how to handle the case. I can't wait to see this! I hope Bobby gives him Hell considering that Samuel tried to sell the boys out to Crowley knowing he was gonna kill them.

just wanted to let everyone know, a canadian blogger and reported for etalk (on ctv in canada, dont know if it airs in the states) interviewed jared and jensen recently. im not sure when the segment will air, she said she would update her blog.

also, she does a weekly live chat about tv and briefly mentioned her experience with them today. it is here starting at time 12:14. she was very complimentary of jared and jensen so i thought you might like to read. i think she will post a full article as well either later today or in a few days.

I really enjoyed the last episode! That was definitely a different kind of monster that we haven't seen before, be the first time that I've even heard of it  The end had me baffled :( I hope everything's going to be okay with Sammy, I hope it was just like a vison of his soul in hell, probably something different though.

Just saw on tv that Adrianne Palicki (sp?) who played Sam's girlfriend Jess has been cast as Wonder Woman in the upcoming Wonder Woman movie.

Still haven't gotten a chance to watch the last two episodes yet. Hoping to be able to catch up soon. I've had company since late last Friday and will have for several more days, so I'm behind on a lot of my shows lol.

I did watch the preview for next week's episode and it looks like it's gonna be good. :D

Jim Beaver tweeted that Amber Benson (vampire Lenore) would be returning this season. She was pretty cool. Maybe she'll be there to help the boys fight "the mother of all evil".

Spoilers for this week's episode (A Review, so pretty spoilerly):
"The French Mistake" is arguably the funniest episode "Supernatural" has ever had -- it made us laugh even more than the Ghostfacers episodes or "Changing Channels." There have been episodes that affectionately poked fun at the fans, like "The Real Ghostbusters" and "The Monster at the End of this Book." This episode flips the script, mercilessly teasing the people behind the show we so love -- namely Ackles, Padalecki, Misha Collins, and yes -- even head honchos Sera Gamble, Bob Singer, and Eric Kripke.

After getting a little too caught up in the angel civil war, Balthazar helps Sam and Dean break the fourth wall - well, technically, it's a window - and stumble directly into a world where there's no magic, no angels, no apocalypse, no gas in the Impala, and no limit on Jared Padalecki's black card.

They're forced to play the roles of Jensen and Jared -- pretentious, vain actors who, of course, can't stand each other. :guffaw: (The on-set terror alert is set to orange as soon as they do speak.) Their co-star Misha is the kind of guy who sends tweets like, "Hola, Mishamigos! J-Squared got me good! Really starting to feel like one of the guys." :guffaw: We're glad that his actual tweets are a little more fun than that. Collins is hysterical as himself -- and it's pretty cool to hear him talk (and, uh, cry) in his real voice instead of his Castiel growl.

The jokes are mostly at Jared's and Jensen's expense. Jared's ever-present "blue steel" model face from every promo photo ever doesn't go unnoticed by Dean, and Sam digs up some old YouTube clips of Jensen's soap opera days. Yes, "Days of Our Lives'" Eric Brady makes an appearance in this episode. And it's glorious. :guffaw: !

All that's even before we get to the Padalecki Mansion. To say it's impressive is an understatement. "Wow," Sam says. "I must be the star of this thing." It is, of course, where Jared lives with... Ruby. Genevieve Padalecki plays a highly exaggerated, hysterically Hollywood version of herself, and we love that she came back to the show ready and willing to be the butt of a whole bunch of jokes. Let's just say there's a tanning bed in the front hallway and an alpaca in the back yard.

In particular, you should look forward to Kripke's appearance, which had us nearly crying, we were laughing so hard, to the photo hanging above Jared's desk in his manor o' wealth, and to producer Bob Singer's no-nonsense approach to his lead actors: "You can't come to work on poppers!"

this episode sounds so funny , it nice to see Misha playing a funny side to his charcter .

Honestly, I didn't like the episode at all. I'm a little sick of the humor over powering the storyline, if that makes any sense. But I'll be able to put that episode behind me, as I have done with all the other ones I don't care for.
