Supernatural #3 - No Chick Flick Moments

Last night's episode was awesome, Cas continues to crack me up week after week. I was a little hesitant when his character was introduce but he quickly grew on me, In my opinion he has some of the funniest lines of the season so far.

He has this innocence to him that I just want to corrupt :devil:

Did it bother anyone else to see Dean hit a little girl? In know that she was infected but still, it bothered me. But i could never stay mad at Dean so i forgive him.

There was only one thing i thought was missing... where was the bro hug? I was fully exspect brotherly hugging upon their reunioin but i was left dissapointed :(

Cas was hysterical last night. And it made me laugh so hard that he was like, "I like past Dean." :lol:

The part about the panties... oh, my goodness... I was DYING. :lol: :lol:

I kept thinking that half of that was Zachariah's manipulation. Especially with 2014 Dean telling 2009 Dean to say yes and Devil!Sam saying that no matter what 2009 Dean does, the world will still end up this way in 2014.

I can't wait until next week's episode. :)

I think the whole thing was an angel mind-trip but horray for dean for telling Zachariah no. That's our dean, a stubborn SOB.

Future Dean screwing over his friends bothered me too.

That whole thing had to be Zach's manip. There's no way in hell you could ever get me to believe that any time frame Dean would sell Cas out like that. Cas who has done so much for him and basically gave up his powers to help him. Cas basically chose Dean over his loyalty to God/the angels. There's no way that Dean would ever, ever allow anything bad to happen to Cas without at least trying to stop it. He would never willingly sit by and watch Cas die. NEVER! Not buying it! Nope!

I missed the bro hug too. :( But, did anyone else notice that Dean basically told Sam he loved him? When they were on the phone, Dean said something like "this thing between us... love, family, whatever it is..." Awww! :adore:

Cas: The voice says I'm almost out of minutes. :lol:

Dean thinks he and lil bro are weaker together. :( Dean, love makes you stronger. Don't you know that?

I knew that after seeing the future that Dean would call Sam and say he changed his mind and that they should stick together.

:lol: at the "Do you love me" song playing in the future. Odd choice for 2014 considering that song is considered an oldie today. :lol: But 2014 and the world's still standing?

Loved that Cas pulled him out of there and Zach was like :wtf: That was great. :lol:

Dean thinks that in the future Sam says yes to Lucifer because Dean turned him away, so he's hoping that by not turning him away, he can fix that.

Loved him telling Zach "oh I learned my lesson, just not the one you were trying to teach me". :lol:
 
I doubt Dean would sell out Cas like that too. But I think it could be logical that Cas would decide to stay with the humans over the angels if the angels were to leave.

The whole Cas being stoned part might not happen, though, and I can't see why the angels would pull out when they were the ones who wanted this...

I didn't like that future Dean would sell out his friends like that. I think that's why I especially loved that Cas loved "past you". :lol:
 
^^ I hate the flashback/flash forward episodes that are in the hands of angels. The one where Dean goes back and meets his parents wasn't bad, though. At least we know that Castiel might have been telling the truth with that one. But, to me especially with Supernatural you learn not to fully trust people. If Cas turns on Dean, I wouldn't be surprised, but I highly doubt that it would happen :)

* Side note!* But you guys were right, Jensen does look like Leon Kennedy, but oh my I surely hope that Jensen doesn't have to have a freakin bob haircut/wig :eek:

Question I forgot to ask earlier:

Who was it that Luci-sam (that's what I'm calling Lucifer in Sam's skin lol) was stepping on the neck of? Was that 2014Dean or was it 2014Cas?
 
My assumption was that everyone else was already dead, and that Dean was just the last one to be killed. But again, that's just me making assumptions. :lol:

I wonder if Dean is of the opinion that, no matter what happens, they're probably going to lose the fight so he might as well be with Sam? Dean seems a little lost in the "hope" end of the equation these days, so it wouldn't surprise me.
 
I couldnt quite tell who Lucifer/Sam was stepping on there, but guessin it was the future dean

and as for the Dean giving up hope thing, i kinda think he has to. but ya know if he says yes to Michael he could save the world and once Michael is done with the body they could heal him back.
 
Just to clear it up for y'all, I went back and watched the neck-snapping scene, and Satan!Sam was indeed snapping the neck of Future!Dean.

Is it weird that I kind of liked Satan!Sam? I mean, I obviously don't want Sam to end up like that, but I thought the portrayal was pretty creepy and pretty awesome.

And I still haven't seen much of the series, but I had to catch this episode for the pot-smokin', free-lovin', Hedonistic, nihilistic Castiel... which was a freaking hoot and a half.

Though... the part when Dean confesses to himself that they'd been forced to wear pink lacy underwear (and they kinda liked it) almost stole the show. :lol:
 
LOL The fact Dean confessed he had worn womans panties, not just any panties, put pretty pink lacy ones and that he kinda liked it, WAS the best part of the episode lol i damn near fell out of my chair laughing!

You don't have to feel weird, I've always had a thing for Evil!Sammy. The episode, Born Under a Bad Sign from season 2 was one of my favorite ones. But the evilness is a lot different, I thought some parts of the episode were funny ie "My Daddy Shot Your Daddy In the Head!" I can't keep a straight face every time I hear that line :lol: This go around, it's more deeper and darker and I believe that Jared plays the part very well! And I'm sort of crazy, but I'm wishing that they could have had more Evil!Dean, Shape Shifter was an intersting episode and I think that Jensen can play a role like that quite role after seeing him in Devour (even though that movie sucked out loud) and My Bloody Valentine.

Oh my ... that scene had me dying, I think I was in tears I was laughing so hard! And for me the thing that I'm worried about is the fact that I pictured a song through my head :shifty:
