I tape the shows when they come on so that I can hold myself over until I get the DVDs.
So I can watch them whenever I want. However, there's something sort of exciting about watching a repeat on tv--maybe it's the fact that I know everything that's going to happen but can't fast-forward through the commercials...Why on earth would that excite me? I don't even know. :lol: (Maybe it has something to do with the fact that I have to time my potty breaks and snack runs so that I don't miss anything. :lol
But it's also nice to come on these boards after a rerun comes on and talk to people who are seeing it for the first time.

I am kindof torn between both hating them and loving them, but I voted for loving them because I sway that way mostly...
some episodes I love to watch again because of certiain lines or character's screenage. But some other episode I really would not rather watch. So it all depends on the episode really, although all the time I am waiting for the next series!

Absolutely!!! By the By, Do you know what the upcoming CBS schedule is for CSI? All I can find is up to 'Rashomama' and after that any online monthly TV listings only show the Spike repeats. Reason is I just moved and need the time to find the videotape that has part 1 of 'Way To Go'. I try to tape faithfully, but occasionally I forget to set the VCR. I'm still going nuts trying to find all my kitchen supplies. :lol:

The only time I really watch reruns is if it's a personal favorite or an episode I missed the first time around for some reason. Other than that, I don't really watch t.v. over the summer.

I haven't really watched any this summer, My daughter watches Spike every night, but other then that no. By watching them on spike, I think we have seen just about every episode, plus she has them on DVD's. :lol:

i love summer re-runs. even tho i have all the DVDs. its nice to see random episodes..not ones u pick out.

I have NY S1 dvd's, but I missed a couple of eppys in S2, so I'm watching & taping them to tide me over until the S2 dvds come out on Oct. 3! And I missed quite a few Miami eppys unfortunately, since another fave show of mine, Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations came on in the same time slot, so I had to surf back & forth...so I'm catching up on "lost" eppys for both of those CSI shows. I don't watch reruns for the 3rd one, I've seen 'em too many times! :lol:

I guess re-runs are good for people who haven't got the dvds yet, but in the UK they're just repeating S6 over again and I guess that's good for people who didn't record all of S6...I voted -Love'em
