Oh my stars screamingbanshee, thanks for those lovely pics from 'Deadline'. :D

calleighspeedle, those are some of my favorite Speed pics! Especially the rolled up sleeves pictures..*sigh*

TOO BAD [pause] HE'S NOT DEAD.

eehee! calleighspeedle's striped shirt piccy is CUTE! I HAVE A NEW FAVE! *giggles*

And has anyone read the new interview? They FORCED him to leave! Freakin' Ann Donahue.

Quote... Hurrican Anthony, Probably. She's way too cheerful. Yes, Our evil Em just gave us a Re-run of HA. *celebrates* SPEEEED!!! :D

And has anyone read the new interview? They FORCED him to leave!
Well, they forced Speed to die! ;) Rory still wanted to leave (ie. he didn't want to be a regular on a tv show anymore), but he said to TPTB that he would be interested in the possibility of guest appearances. They decided to kill him off anyway, which was so disappointing to hear. They could have written him out of the show without killing him, leaving the door open for guest appearances, which would have been great.

Hahaha I watched Spring Break last night. I LOVED how Speed reacted to that guy at the scene on the beach.

Speed:"Then, I'm gonna arrest your cheap, taquila pushing ass and have you spend the rest of the night in lockup, with all the drunken disorderlies and you can smell the vomit of the fraternity boys."

Teehee

Yes it would have been. But I think all TPTB are interested in is ratings. And yeah, sure by rights there a t.v. show they compete with other t.v. shows to get ratings. But you don't have to kill of a character to get that. But whatever I guess TPTB know best. But if I was Rory....I would have like sued or something. OK, not really sued but still. But considering that Miami is like the most watched show on the planet now or whatever. I think they can lay off of the killing of characters and so on.

They would have gotten more ratings had they not decided to kill off one of the most beloved characters. Guest appearances would have skyrocketed the ratings, and I know TPTB realize that the fans wanted to see his return despite is 'demise'.

However, Ann Donahue did say in an earlier interview "Don't rule out the return of Rory Cochrane" and she proceeded to say "It's always open, never say never". And the fact that Rory said he wanted to come back every now and then for guest appearances gives me a little bit of hope. It seems some kind of flashback is most likely at the moment, but seeing the character's return? The jury's still out of that.

And that's what we are all living on. Katie said something to me a while back that got me thinking. She said that Donahue does things a year after she says she's going to do it. She gave me an example, but I couldn't remember what it was lol. But I'm crossing my fingers they'll bring him back. Everyone loves him, so why not?

If he's prepared to come back, if Donahue says there's a possiblity that he COULD come back, and we all want him back, then I really don't see the problem here. They brought Raymond Caine back from the dead, they can bring Tim Speedle back.

And ilovegrissom1 - I watched that episode yesterday and cracked up as well! :)

The only problem that the writers might have is a developped storyline that they have already pre-planned for an entire season. But like Katie has said before, Ann Donahue told us a few times that there will be a storyline and it was featured in the next season, one year after she had originally planned.

So I think there is still a strong possibility that we might be seeing Speed again. It might not be for good, but right now I'll take anything. ;)

 The last picture needs a caption:

Who you gon' call?

I think i've read somewhere (prolly cisfiles, :D) that Rory wants to come back, but dosn't he say he hates doing TV, It's not for him, and that kinda stuff? But that does not rule out Flashbacks/5 second apperances totally, though *grabs that tiny shred fo hope and holds on for dear life*.

PS: Speed_Cochrane, your siggy is my friends fave show + Quote. Go Metallica.

 Azza, you crack me up. :D

(I'm glad your friend likes my siggy! Go Supernatural!)

But yes, Rory said in the interview recently posted by CSIFiles that he wanted to come back to the show occasionally for appearances, but they said no. He also said he's not cut out for a year-long television show. ;)

But ya know, it couldn't hurt to do a few episodes here and there- Which is what he said. :p

...And then we'd get our Speedy back and I would cry.

I'm in a really good mood right now. So i'm going to spread the speed love!
