I so can't wait to see the episode where Jo get's to kick ass, she's going be so feisty and 'fresh' and then a scene with her and Mac kicking ass, oh god steal my beating heart!
 
It appears we are introduced to Jo's case this week but just the beginning. Next week, the arc is developed a bit more then the 3rd week is the climax?

Hopefully someone can confirm this :)
 
Yep, it starts this week, and it runs for three episodes (I believe). Here's an overview (based on the spoilers, which may have changed):

8.07 "Crushed" - A young woman named Ali comes into the precinct and says she was raped by John Curtis. Curtis is the man Jo mentioned in "Vigilante", who raped the daughter of Senator Matthews and got away with it. The FBI mishandled evidence, and Jo called attention to the mistake.

8.08 "Crossroads" - Senator Matthews and his daughter Serena come to New York as the team prepares for Curtis's preliminary hearing...

8.09 "Means to an End" - The audience meets Frank, the man Jo worked with in the FBI. He's the one who made the mistake with the DNA evidence. Jo refused to cover it up, so she turned him in.

The first spoilers also said that she'll be knocked out. Sounds pretty heavy. I wonder if she'll be attacked in the precinct, the lab, or outside.

So... We've had these incidences:


Mac: Almost blown to bits, shot at, kidnapped, slapped, beat up, taken hostage, Almost run over by machinery.
Stella: Beaten up, assaulted, That's all I remember.
Lindsay: Snake bit, think that's it.
Sheldon: Beaten up, accused of murder, Almost trapped in a death home,
Danny: Trapped in a death home, Beaten up, shot at,
Adam: Beaten up several times, seen a woman murdered, suspended for Hacking.
Don: Almost blown to bits, goes AWOL as he gets beaten up.
Sid: Attacked.

If there is any that I am forgetting let me know.

Didn't Sid get radiation poisoning and suffer an allergic reaction?
They've all been 'shot at', but Danny was actually shot.
Stella got cut at a crime scene and exposed to HIV.
Lindsay was caught on the edges of the explosion which blew up Flack and Mac.
Damn it's a danagerous lab to work in!

Yeah it is dangerous.

But Mac was also hit too. The one where Edward J. Olmos starred in. And Peter Fonda.
Sid's allergic reaction could be from an angry worker at the place he bought his sandwich at.
 
8.13 - The Ripple Effect

~ Back in a bit with more info. :)

OK, there's not much, but here's what we know...

~ The episode starts off with a "thug" walking down the street with a chainsaw. He approaches a house and starts to cut down a tree, where inside the house a "punk" makes a drug deal. The punk catches a glimpse of what's going on outside and starts to run after him. One of the two ends up dead...

~ Danny and Flack share a few scenes together. I see Hawke mentioned as well.

~ Jo and Mac visit a house that is being investigated by the CDC, and one of the people that they'd like to speak to is incredibly ill.
