I'm sorry if this is the wrong spot to post, but....AAAAGGGHHH! A weather report (tornado warning for part of Florida) interrupted my CBS channel right when they were going to show next weeks preview! Can anyone tell me if the preview was anything new (that hasn't been posted on the spoiler board)? I survive on my spoilers! Go Sara! Go GSR!

This is the discussion thread for The premiere of the season 8 episode. Easy confusion since the new ep is called "Dead Doll" and the cliff-hanger left off was called "Living doll". Any question pertaining the ep itself belongs in the "I have an Ep/Character" thread or for all music related questions belong in the "CSI Music" Forum. MY goodness! Even though i'm all about CSI Miami, i watch CSI LV and the season opener was totally breath-taking. I'm going to put this into a Spoiler post because i don't want to get in trouble with the Feds/Mods.

Spoiler: If you want to be spoiled....

Multiple flash backs of the miniture killer remembering the scene of Grissom running his hand down Sara's arm... I couln't stop sqealing. And when the miniture killer chick imagined her slicing Grissom's neck i screame dout loud... until they showed that it was her imagination. They had me for a moment there. And the miniture killer girl made a model of Sara as a doll, and it's hand moves; mimicking Sara who's lying under a crashed car in the desert. So the team know she's still alive. Anyways, it's a TO BE CONTINUED episode, so i can't wait!!

hunter, you do know that was the finale from last season, not the premiere of this one, right?
ours isn't till next wekk, when we find out what happens to dear sara!

buttt, the finale got to me, the anticipation of next week is driving me crazy. i hope we're not to be dissapointed!...

Umm first this thread has the "Spoiler Tag" in the title, so spoilers for this episode no spoiler code necessary. But Again I would like to clear up any confusion regarding the season 7 finale name and the season 8 premiere name.

So far, what do we have? Sara alive under a car. Rain coming (was indicated in living Doll as there was lightning and thunder when Natalie was picked up, giving the idea that it may have already been raining for some time). Grissom waters the model, the doll hand stops moving (stupid, but melodramtic I guess). Images include Sara under the car getting wet, Sara under water with her face fairly scuffed up, the team looking very confused "where is she" in the dry... which makes me wonder if they can do nothing during the rain storm and it maybe goes into the next day looking for her. Everyone on the team looks stressed out without exception. Potential here for one of the lab rats to step up with a solution or an idea that pans out.

The episode title is very fatalistic.
