I read an article that when CSINY premiered over here with series one it got 3.4million views - which is really good really considering this is channel 5 and an american show.

Friends/WIll & Grace/Lost etc get about the same as that

It'll be lower than that atm coz they are repeats but its holding its own I think.
If ya look at the population ratio from UK to US its 1:4 and in US they get around 12 million views so in UK it has same % of population as US watchin CSINY

*god that got a bit technical*

I always though US viewing figures were low considering they were a huge country - their main tv shows often get same amount of views 16/17 million as our main shows
When WC was on England matches got like 25 million views thats like half the population nearly lmao

Anyways I've gone totally OT in the spoilers topic I apologise!!

I can't wait to see the Xtina Aguilera episode - I <3 her

Christina Aguilera??? Uhm... Can the girl act? I don't know if she's done things like that before but I really hope she'll be up to it.

Especially considering she won't be playing herself. Playing yourself would be one thing, no one expects you to be half as good. But portraying someone else, you have to be that person... I'm very interested in this episode.

I'm hoping she and the writers do a good job, and particularly that they all do the important topic of battery of women justice. Nice to know that's a pet topic for C.A. I'm looking forward to it, and although some of her music isn't usually at the top of my Personal Faves list, I have a lot of respect for her overall as a person, from the things that I have read.

Episode #13 is called "Obsession".

Danny, Hakwes and Det. Angell are working on a case involving shopping cart racers (yeah, I had no idea something like that existed!) while Mac, Stella and Flack are on the other case, which I guess is the one who gives the title to the episode.

Nothing really interesting if you ask me. I don't think this is the Christina Aguilera episode, there's no battered woman here. The only thing that made me laugh is that Danny interviews a dominatrix.

No mention of Lindsay's big secret either. I wonder if they're saving the good stuff for later, after she gives birth.

Heh, cool...Danny's scene oughtta be fun. I think CSI must like 'em lol...Lady Heather was in LV several times and now one here. :p

I wonder if the cart racing is like Shop 'Till You Drop or Supermarket Sweep.

Thanks for the spoilers!

I've heard of cart racing...in fact I almost got run over by one! There was this cart race that was going on in this big parkinglot across the street from an Acme, and I didn't realize till someone screamed WATCH OUT! And "steered" the cart away from me. It was pretty weird...seeing a working steeringwheel on a shopping cart  And there were actually a lot of people watching this "event".

That episode #13 info sounds interesting. :D I love When Flack works with Stella and Mac, so that should be great to watch. And Danny-Hawkes-Angell could become one of my favorite teams if this episode has the same great interaction we saw in the premiere. :D :D :D

Shopping cart racing could be hilarious though. And Danny interviewing a dominatrix? What does she have to do with shopping cart racing? I hope he has to enter her domain or something and gets that terrified look (similar to his expression in 'City of the Dolls' when he went into the doll store ). I love the idea of him being intimidated, since that's not how the character generally acts. ;)

But I guess the lack of a Lindsay-mention could imply that this is the beginning of the episodes she won't be in. Maybe the speculation that she'd go back to Montana to sort things out is a valid possibility. ;)

I thought it was episode 12 where it was supposed to come out.
