It definitely depends on what she means by "Triangle." I could see some humorous scenes with the guys trying to outdo each other flirting/trying to impress her. :shifty:

That's how I think it will be too :)

What is this, CSI High? Gee, I wonder who Morgan will pick to go to the Spring Dance? I can just see the fan fics now!

Last time I checked flirting and humor didn't have to be sophomoric, but maybe I'm just setting my expectations too high. ;)

I'm not going to like the family tension going on so long with Morgan, but I guess it'd be less believable if they just immediately fixed everything between them.

<snip>

Everyone has always been accepting to newer people. :shifty:

Obviously, by what Harnois said, Nick is accepting of her, too. The team has always embraced a newbie.
I believe Harnois is talking about the actors, not the characters.

Exactly. I agree 100%. Tension sucks whichever way you look at it, but it wouldn't be believable or satisfying if they blew the finale feelings and actions off.

I was responding to what Dizzney said and that Greg was the most accepting to newbies when that simply isn't true. and Harnois saying she has worked mostly with Greg and Nick.

ut there’s definitely a really fun banter between me and Eric Szmanda that they’re writing. It’s really fun to play and we definitely have a good chemistry in terms of that. They’ve been writing some fun stuff for us. I’d say she’s probably closest with him right now.

Well Lis did say she and Greg are probably the closet, and he would have to be accepting of her for that to happen so...

And evenually everyone has accepted the new people but sometimes not at first: Catherine when Sara first arrived, Hodges when Ray first came, Sara when Sofia joined the grave shift, possibly Nick and Cath with DB, so I guess of all the present characters Brass and Greg are the most accepting, the coroners too unless they and DB and/or Morgan don't get along

I guess Greg and DB could not get along too but I don't see that happening, could happen with Brass

Sharp, you're forgetting Kevin (Hitting for the Cycle). I don't think anybody was immediately accepting of him!

I don't know if Entertainment Tonight is doing anything on CSI other than what we already saw. But they just put a video up on their website today for - Preview ET's Fabulous Fall Primetime Exclusives - that does include CSI. I'm going on the assumption that they wouldn't have included CSI today if they didn't have something more to air at some point before the season premier.

Something from TV Guide:

How does CSI deal with Laurence Fishburne's exit? After all, Langston was a part of the cliff-hanger. — Matthew
ADAM: The Season 12 premiere quickly confronts how serial killer Nate Haskell's death by Langston's hand will impact the team. Langston may be the only one who gets a happy ending, including a second chance with his ex-wife back in Baltimore. Meanwhile, his recklessness forces the rest of the team to do their jobs much more by the book. That doesn't sit well with Catherine, who takes her anger out on Nick.

So Ray gets to murder someone, f*ck with the team and get a happy ending? :wtf: Not impressive on the outset, but it'll be interesting to see how it plays out on screen.

Wow I thought he was gonna confess

More by the book...so does that mean they won't work cases they shouldn't be working...... that's gonna last a few episodes tops I'd say, one season at most

Just remember people when they say Cath takes it out on Nick, these things are often slightly exaggerated ;)

And anyway, he can take it. :)

I'm in agreement on the "Ray happy ending". :wtf: I hope he has to pay for it in some way.

Yeah I don't like the sound of that at all. Hopefully it will play out better than it sounds.

I like both Catherine and Nick, but I have to say I'm looking forward to seeing tension between the two. Having a team that gets along all the time can get boring, IMO. :shifty:
