Sara Sidle and Conrad Ecklie

I see this in a more evil and twisted way, actually more along the lines of how real life is in the work place. and how men use woman all the time just because they can.

Conrad does have a rather tempting offer for her. He has the power to make Sara a supervisor. She had wanted the key position very badly, but this would be even better than just having more responsibilites, because she would be the boss to many. She could be on equal footing as Cath & Griss.

Like most men, Conrad wants something in return. Now that would be a story and test her character. Would she take the powerful position at the cost of loosing some of her morals to Conrad or not. He the perfect villian in this show and can make people do crazy things.
 
Not every relationship has to be based on love. Power and the wheeling of it is a drug into itself. Conrad has the power and Sara has wanted more power. Leap-frogging over Griss would be a way to get back at his recommending Nick for the key position.

she's very competitive. grissom's already passed her over for a promotion. she hasn't tried manipulating ecklie yet.

Okay, there are certain posts (and this is only one example) that have skated dangerously close to character bashing.

Generally speaking, a ship discussion is about two characters that you *like* and can see in a relationship together. Bashing a character that is loved by so many on these psosting boards is a dangerous game, and neither I nor lament will tolerate it. As you can see, several shippers have already taken offence.

The bashing of characters such as Sofia has been nipped in the bud (and will be again, should it ever re-occur) and i expect the same courtasy to be extended to Sara and all of the other main CSI characters.
 
I'm not bashing I think ecklie can give her what she wants and the way he watches her I think he has a thing for her it maybe one sided but I think if she gave him a chance she might find she likes him.
